The place is still walking distance from the center and has a great view of the city and mountains. The owner was very welcoming so I felt homy:) The room has a heater so it was warm enough. Highly recommend!

No serious complaints. It's a remote village and any discomfort is due to that and is not a product of the guesthouse. The bed was a bit lumpy, but not uncomfortable

Great location, just up the hill from town. An easy walk from the bus station. Our host was very hospitable and friendly. She went out of her way to make sure were taken care of and comfortable. There were minor issues with Wifi, but Maia took care of it immediately and ensured that everything was working. The view was great - waking up each morning to the mountains. At night, the courtyard is very dark so you can watch the bright stars as well.

The pre check-in communication could be a bit better (text a message through booking.com, for example). If you are looking for top showering comfort, the that is a bit limited.

The location is great. Private parking available. The host is very kind, you can buy homemade drinks.

Maia is the best host. She is super nice and kind. She also offers different services like breakfast, dinner, homemade wine ( which is the best we have tried so far) and other drinks. The property has a balcony in which you can enjoy her wine with an outstanding view of the mountains. For someone who is carrying a heavy backpack, the house seems to be far from the main square but actually is not, and it is easy to find.

Maia is super friendly and helpful. I don't understand why some people commented she was rude. She was sweet and friendly. She speaks English too. Her homemade wine is something to try and we also ordered food from her. The food was really good and the portions were quite large. However they have the heating on, only during winter but it is manageable. The Guest house also has a superb view.

The only thing I didnt love was the bathroom's particular smell and that it was quite cold in there. But for a short stay it's not a big deal at all.

Maia was very kind and made us feel very welcome the moment we entered her front yard. Our room was very cosy and we also loved the wine she sold.

The facilities were good, but my bedroom cannot be locked, yes it was broken and the toilet was spacious while you could find the problem to balance hot&cold running water. The shower hook was also broken, you have to cleanse yourself standing into the bathtub and holding the shower all the time.

The view from the guest house was so stunning!!! Actually, you can see the grandiose Caucasus from any spot in Kazbegi, but here, you can enjoy the view once you step out of the door. The location was a bit walking distance from the city center, but not that far. The owner was so kind and talkative.
