How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Everything was great
The place was great. Cute apartment with everything you need to stay in Tbilisi.We had all the facilities in the property. Cmfortable bed, nice bathroom ,kitchen and everything clean. Excellent location, in the center of the city. 4 minutes walk to the metro. Around is supermarkets ,bars. Host is great person.What they advertise is what they have, no lies, fully recommend staying there.❤️

It's was great.
Excellent location, quite , central, great bar and supermarket 1 minutes walk, What they advertise is what they have, no lies, fully recommend staying here, comfy bed, nice bathroom and it's clean. If In TBILISI stay here.

The floor makes quite some noise in certain areas and is not levelled completely straight. The sofa bed is not so comfortable, due to the hard piece between the two soft sides. The heating unit makes quite some noise when turned on.
Smooth communication in English with Manana's son. She herself looks like a kind, cheerful lady. Cosy flat with a lot of morning sunlight. Cosy lights in the bedroom provides a comfortable atmosphere. 4 stoves in the kitchen, which gives more cooking space than a lot of other apartments.

Roxana, the owner of the place, is so sweet. I use Google Translate to communicate with her because she only speaks Russian and Georgian. Her son speaks fluent English so communication is not a big deal. Me and my daughter were satisfied during our stay. The place is clean, and you can find everything for your basic needs; aside from that, it is within walking distance to supermarket, attractions, bus stations and metro. Place is highly recommended and definitely coming back to stay.

Nothing, but just I suggest renewing the tiles on the shower and imagining a new door catch for the toilet on the refrigerator, it is really funny but ugly...
The host Manana and her daughter were really friendly, and the quarter was safe and with a lot of life...

I wasn’t quite sure where to get the key from. but I found the owner and she was very helpful.
More a homestay than a hotel it was an apartment amongst a number of family apartments. All very friendly with cats, dogs and kids. It was cosy, clean and close to Spar, Metro, bakeries and some good cafes and restaurants. The Wi-Fi was decent, the shower hot and the bed comfy. I really liked it and would stay again.

The sink is a bit small and we can hardly put our personnal things on it. Maybe a small shelve on the wall would be helpful.
The owner and her son are really nice people and good communication. The flat is near public transports, main spots to visit, restaurants, supermarkets. A cosy nice place in a typical Georgian neighbourhood. We had a good sleep as the area is very quiet at night. The accomodation has all the basic ammenties needed to even cook and feel yourself at home, the bedroom is cosy and everything is very clean. Good value for money and I highly recommend if you are loiking for a flat to stay in Tbilisi.

Cute apartment with everything you need to stay in Tbilisi. I appreciated all of the kitchen supplies, the hot shower, and the rabbits in the courtyard. Also very thankful that they left me drop off my bags before check-in and then also leave them after check-in!

we had all the facilities in the property, best thing was gas cooker, we even cooked food there. they took care of dogs and keep them away from us, because we were afraid of them

On a colder night, the heater in the kitchen struggled to heat the large bedroom. We used the extra blanket to be comfortable.

It's old and worn, the photos make it look much nicer. The bathroom and kitchen are rather grimy and the kitchen needs a new floor. The price is a little high considering these factors. It would be good if photos of the kitchen and bathroom were included in the listing. The water in the shower was difficult to control, and it went from scalding hot to ice cold and had to be re-started a few times, not too pleasant.
Good location, comfortable bed, large space, includes kitchen, nice hosts.
