I missed the little pillow :)

The hotel was clean and cosy. Our room was spacious and had a beautiful view to the mountains. The employees were extremely helpful and kind, they called a minibus for us several times and they even paid attention if we got back from our tour safely. The breakfast was also nice and they even packed us lunch for the day when we left early in the morning. Totally recommend it!

The hotel is located in the heart of Mestia , very close to Mestia's center - cafes , SPAR super market and many other small shops are few steps away. Spacious, Clean & warm room. Nice mountain view from room balcony. Lounge on the roof top is the highlight. It has 360 degree stunning views. Good English breakfast. The breakfast room has an amazing view as well. We had a really memorable stay & would love to come back next time!

Everything was nice.

Firstly very friendly stuff! The room was cleaned every day, new water bottles and towels were always brought to make guests feel like a kings. Both the room and the hallway were very well heated (ski clothes dried well). Upstairs is a cosy public room with a bar and food and a spacious terrace overlooking the Mestia panorama. With love from Latvia.

Minor improvements that may be introduced are the following: - to offer flatter pillows as not all of the guests can sleep on big pillows, - and add hooks for outside clothes by the room door.

The hotel's location is great and close to Mestia's center - many cafes and small shops are in walking distance. The room is very clean, warm and comfortable. Breakfasts are of large variety and tasty. The hotel staff is very welcoming and accommodating. We really appreciate Giorgi who helped us a lot and resolved all our questions including late check-out. We enjoyed the New Year dinner organized by the hotel. Very cozy and festive atmosphere. Delicious food and beautiful songs and dances performed by the local artists. It was a real fun and joy! Also, the hotel staff booked us a sauna to relax after our ski day. All four of us are very happy with Mestia Inn and definitely would recommend it!

Amazing view from room balcony and rooftop restaurant. Food was also great and tasty. And most importantly the staff are very kind and considerate, they even arranged a surprise anniversary setup in our room and let us leave our luggages after checkout. We had a really memorable stay.

- the WiFi did not work conveniently but that is just a detail as we did not come to Mestia to be stucked on our phones. And the hotel is located in the mountains so that makes sense that the WiFi signal is low.

- big comfortable bed - very spacious modern room - the bathroom was incredibly clean - large shower with shower head + rain shower - shower gel + shampoo + bath product provided - towels and slippers provided - kettle in the room with tea and coffee ! - beautiful breakfast room with a beautiful view - stunning panoramic view on the rooftop terrace to watch the sunset over mestia - Giorgi, at the reception, was very helpful - located in the heart of Mestia - quiet location, we had a great night sleep - safe parking lot for our car - breakfast was convenient

There was no Air conditioning Or even a fan in the room or a window for ventilation.

Staff was really good. Good View. Room was super clean. The service was good except we didn’t get the best room & there was no ventilation in the room. At least a fan would have been nice.

There were two things that could be improved in our opinion: 1) the quality of the coffee at breakfast could have been better 2) walls are paper thin, everything can be heard that makes peaceful sleeping difficult. Still, we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was in the city center, close to the marshrutka stop. They were friendly, we could leave our luggage here while we did the Mestia-Ushguli trek. Our room was spotless clean, the shower was spacious, the bed incredbly comfortable. Tea, coffee and water were provided in the room, as well. The view from the terrace is amazing. Breakfast was good, and once we were leaving earlier, but they packed it away: it was abundant in that way, too, and also it was a nice touch we really appreciated.

Great hotel in the center of the town. The personnel of the hotel are great, very attentive. Great restaurant at the roof with nice view. Good breakfasts. Very clean. Recommended!
