Rooms are very small with no sound isolation at all. Had noisy teenagers next door that kept us awake most nights. We were there for 5 nights and the sheets on the bed wasn’t changed once. Cleaning of the rooms didn’t happen every day. We had to keep our ski gear in the room as there were never any availability to rent a locker.

The restaurant and bar were nice although expensive. Breakfast was good but if you were not there early you missed out on items such as bacon.

The receptionist was highly rude. I asked her how the locker system works and she was least bothered to be professional to answer me. However, we found all other staff very helpful and kind.

An option for a HB stay including dinner would be great because the hotel restaurant is expensive and most of the dining places are in New Gudauri that is not in a walking distance

First, I have to highlight Gudauri loft is one of the best choices in Gudauri as Gudauri doesn’t offer better despite all the below notes: When we 1st arrived we had a disagreement about the bed in our room and the smoking area. I talked to them 2 months before they confirmed that they have a smoking area in the hotel, I had it all in writing! at arrival they said they don’t per law! I even confirmed I wanted a queen bed and not 2 beds attached , they did not have that. My husband went and checked 2 other hotels nearby to change but we preferred to stay at Gudauri loft. They offered to change room the 2nd day with a small balcony and with queen bed, the room was smaller we opted to stay in the Same room. -lobby very small but the aviator restaurant on 7th floor offers seating area. - make sure you pack on social games and cards especially if you are with kids , as nothing to do at night in Gudauri, We used to spend the nights at Aviator restaurant after dinner and play social games. - very important to note that hotel is in old Gudauri; nicer slopes especially in March/April are in new Gudauri as it is higher. We skied in new Gudauri 2 days we used to take taxis, 8 mns drive 25 / 30 GEL each way. No hotels in new Gudauri you can find only apart hotels - thin walls. Ski boots are not allowed in hotel and unfortunately they are not strict with that rule, people were still walking to their rooms with ski boots. We could hear them walking loudly with their boots even on other floors thought they could change in ski lockers that the hotel provides for free

-It is a ski-in hotel, and staff very helpful(George and George) -Restaurant on 7th floor is very nice. -Room was spacious for a family of 3.

There was no water pipe in the bathroom unlike other hotels and also the room was really hot even after closing the windows.

I like that the snow activities were very near to the hotel and the location was in a good area as well and the hotel’s facilities and amenities were good and had everything we needed.

The walls are not very well insulated for noise so if you are unlucky enough to have noisy night owl guests staying next door then your sleep might well suffer. Our bed was a little uncomfortable, it was probably due for replacement.

The hotel has a good vibe and it sits on the edge of the ski slopes so you ski out of the front door and down to the first ski lift. There is a ski rental shop next door. After a day's skiing you can relax in the roof top pool, sauna or outdoor hot tub. Restaurant will keep you energized with food from breakfast to dinner.

Not enough ski lockers for everyone.

New, modern hotel with all facilities. Ski in, ski out is so convenient. Spa facilities are great, outdoor jacuzzi an awesome experience while snowing. Great breakfast buffet and custom-made omelettes and eggs. Hotel restaurant is excellent choice for dinner, but expect European prices. Reception staff was very helpful, even made reservation for our large group to nearby Pasanauri traditional restaurant.

Hottab very bad condition and not clean. Ski rent is under hotel control very nice staf until you need refund then lot of storys and bureaucracy. We returned equipment two days before the return date and were told we would receive a refund. On the day we came to get a refund, we claimed that the seller doesn't know English and couldn't say so and we have to go back to the store to be reprimanded.. nothing serious.. just disappointing that is the attitude. After all, the equipment was returned.

The only thing I have to say is the beds are creaky, comfortable but creaky. Also NO sound proofing at all. I could hear everything upstairs, outside our room, even the elevator buzzer. Didn’t sleep very well.

Loved everything about this property. Ski in ski out, ski rental right across the road, spa pool, restaurant all very nice. Beautiful view from our room.

- Great location at the piste -> Ski-in/out - Pool, big sauna, steam and jaccouzi (in and outdoors) - lovely restaurant for breakfast + dinner with great atmosphere. Tasty food.
