The owner himself came out to welcome us and he was such a nice host. Always smiling and ensuring we are comfortable throughout our stay. We were surprised that being a Georgian national, he still knew about Indian cinena was a huge fan of yester years star, Raj Kapoor!! Our stay at Milano Palace Borjomi was a pleasant one, with clean rooms and wonderful people around!! The breakfast was good as well. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality!!!

We stayed on the ground floor, by the entrance. This made it noisy because of people staying above us and traffic from the entrance. When booking, ask for a room on the top floor.

The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful! They made our stay comfortable and gave us great recommendations! The location is wonderful with great views, not in the busy tourist area, but an easy 10 minute walk away.

Your stay in Georgia will be incomplete unless you experience true Georgian hospitality at Milano Palace! David went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable and memorable stay. The hotel is conveniently located, the room is spacious and beds were really comfortable. I would go back in a heartbeat!

The hotel is at a great location, the room was spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable, the view from our room was amazing and from the hotel terrace even better. The staff and David the owner went out of their way to make us feel at home, and the breakfast was great. I highly recommend it.

The air conditioning was a little noisy but it was a small thing and we fixed it easily enough. The curtains on one of the windows was very thin which meant a lot of morning light got into the room, making it hard to sleep. It wasn't cheap but was reasonably priced.

Delicious breakfast. The staff were delightful, especially the porter man who had a smile and handshake for us every time we saw him. The room as spacious and very clean with a fabulous view. Great location. Convenient parking.

The location is amazing. The owner is extremely attentive to the needs of the guests. My son hurt himself badly and the owner simply took charge and took care of the situation like we were part of his own family, from taking us to the hospital several times and asking and checking continuously on my kid. It made us feel safe and we were in good hands. The staff were extremely helpful and so nice. They spoke perfect English too.

This facility is located close to Borjomi central park. The hotel owner carried our luggages to the top floors as it has no lifts. Breakfast was excellent too. While checking out he has given us many water bottles for the day. Recommended facility for families.

We were greeted extremely warm by David (sorry if mispronounced name). Hotel is located in city center, so walking distance to everything, including main park. Nice roof terrace. Very clean, quite, with dedicated beds for 4 persons.
