Hospitable friendly owner. Cozy modern clean room and good location. The room was not cold. A beautiful view directly to the mountains from the large terrace where you can sit. Everything is perfect, everything is super!

The views are exceptional, the mountains are clearly visible all around you at Milky Way! Also, you can actually see the stars at night, along with the brightly lit church Cminda Sameba in the distance. Awesome view... The host is remarkably helpful and welcoming - he even let us choose between the rooms which were available at the time! and didn't seem to mind we had difficulty deciding which mountain we wanted to see waking up more -- Mt Kazbegi or Shani, believe you me, it's a tough one ;) Last but not least, the host treats you to homemade wine from Kakheti region - delicious and definitely worth trying.

Even though the room itself was clean, I wish the window glass could be clean too, considering thebgreat view.

It might be better to enhance a sound isolation in the room by changing the door, because they're some sounds from the "reception" (common) area on the same floor.

Beautiful view from the balcony, modern interior and a good location. Very good bed and some bath stuff. Thank you for the tea kettle in the room - it's really useful in wintertime!

It is a very decent place to stay in Stepantsminda. The view from the hotel is stunning I didn’t want to leave the room. They offer free coffee and tea and local wine. Definitely worth it!

The view of the snow mountain is perfect. The windows are very large. We can easily enjoy the beautiful sights. The host is very nice.

I really love this house and if I will come here again and again, this hotel always will be my first choice. Super clean and good house equipment, the environment is very good, you can see the church and sunset. And we like the house owner here, really thx for your best service:)

The hotel is just new. The guy was really accommodating (I forgot his name). It was a sudden plan to stay in Kazbegi but it was worth it. The view from our balcony was mesmerizing with the snowy mountains. We enjoyed our coffee too while admiring the view. They also have terrace with all the overlooking Mountain View. The room was spacious even the washroom. There's an electric kettle too, robes and extra blankets if you wanna stay at the balcony (must). I just hope there's hangers for clothes and full mirror. But overall its amazing! There's fridge,utensils and drinks too in the reception. A grocery store is just down the hotel just 5-10 mins walk and restaurants too.

Nothing, there was some repair around, but it didn’t bother me

The new hotel, great location and view to Kazbek. Even if your room is without view, you can go to the terrace upstairs. And what I also loved - they provide the biggest towels I’ve ever had❤️ There’s a kettle in each room and some dishes and fridge in common area - it was very helpful for us. Also there are several parking places. Thank you for this place!

A bit tough to find the staff when we arrived but no problem.

Great hospitality and we were well taken care of upon arrival. Host prepared our room in advance and helped us with everything we needed. Good water pressure in the shower.

Everything was fine.

It's a wonderful place. It felt like coming to visit someone. It was clean, cozy and incredibly comfortable and friendly. What I liked first of all: -convenient location ( from the hotel to the main street a few minutes) -cleanliness (common areas, linen, everything ok) - crazy view from the window on Kazbek (you fall asleep and wake up with an unreal view) -atmosphere (friendly, but without panibration managed to spend some time communicating with the owner Grigori and Sergo, even listened to them play the guitar) -aesthetics (the interior looks modern and fresh) -comfortable mattress, pillows and blanket (sleep was excellent) All in all, my expectations were exceeded by this place. Thanks to Grigori and everyone who helps this place to be as I described above. I really want tourism to flourish in this beautiful area. The guys at Milky way are making a great contribution to this endeavor. Thanks again!

Our room was a generous size, very clean and and modern. We had stunning views of the mountains from both our bed and deck. The bed was exceptionally comfortable - just what you need after a hard day walking up to the Gergeti Church or glacier. Restaurants, cafes and shops were an easy walk. Our host Giorgi was friendly, spoke perfect English (useful in our case!) and very helpfully dropped us at the bus terminal. We would definitely stay again without hesitation.
