The mattresses need a bit of upgrade.

The host was awesome, she was always available and ready to help. The apartment was nice, cozy and clean and right in front of New port hotel. Everything was at walking distance. I stayed with my family and they really enjoyed the stay.

1. I didn’t like the entrance door. It has nails at the bottom which make terrible sound when we open or close it 2. It would have been more convenient if there were cupboards in the room

Nothing everything was good.

The best part about this apartment is that it’s very close to the main area so the many tourist attractions in Kutaisi are easily accessible. Also the owner Keti was really nice and sweet as she helped us with whatever we needed and always responded quickly to make sure we are comfortable. The beds are comfortable and there are essential kitchen equipments in the main area of you need to make something. Overall the stay in this apartment was a really good value for the price and my family and I were happy with the apartment.

Best place to stay in Kutaisi. It’s at the center of Kutaisi with access to everything that we need - grocery, restaurants, public transportation etc. The apartment is very clean, and the host is very kind, warm and responsive

The apartment location is superb. The owner Kate was very helpful. She can arrange airport to apartment transfer shuttle also. The entrance door is a bit old but it shows the heritage of Kutaisi.

Just keep in mind that there are stairs here and if you have luggage, you have to manage it by yourself. Good for backpackers though.

Keti, the owner is very accommodating. She gives suggestions and very helpful on her tips around the city. She even attended to my request of slippers and extra blankets.

If you are headed into Kutaisi & happen to chance upon this apartment, blindly book it. The apartment is bang in the centre of Kutaisi, less than a minute from Colchis Fountain & all the tourist spots are around. It makes for a perfect base to explore the city OR even if you are travelling on work, it is just ideal as you are not far from anything. Being at such a location, it is the easiest to access any transport & all shops / restaurants / forex centres etc. The apartment is super clean with all amenities provided & beautifully done in terms of interiors to make it a warm, pleasant, memorable stay. Really hope many more get a chance to experience Moedani Apartments whilst in Kutaisi

The place is really in the centre of Kutaisi, it has a beautiful view from its both balconies. You can see the woman touch in every corner of the flat. Beautiful details, decorations, yet very practical solutions too. Very spacious leaving room with a kitchen, big table and a sofa. Room and bathroom were very cozy, I felt like at home. All is super clean! The owner Keti is great. She accepted me in the evening, came to the apartment and even helped to find a car with driver for the next day.

Lock does hang frequently which needs to be fixed or there should be some alternative for it. Also, there was no three pin switch for charging, all the sockets were with two holes.

It was close to Colchis Fountain, room was clean and well maintained. Host was quite helpful for all queries.
