My plans unexpectedly changed, and I arrived in the city before the hotel's check-in time; I knew there would be available rooms during my stay, so I requested an early check-in. The administrator of the night shift initially declined me due to a lack of free rooms; however, as soon as he heard that I knew about availabilities, he quickly identified a room; I would have had to wait a long time if I hadn't checked that information ahead of time. I couldn't ventilate the room despite opening a window (which opened barely a few millimeters) due to air conditioning control issues. My refrigerator did not chill at all, even though I set it to its highest level. The toilet had not been well cleaned, and there was hair all over the toilet and surrounding the shower. The toilet's washing button was damaged. I stayed at the hotel for two days and had to come only at night, so I hadn't complained to the management; otherwise, I would have asked for a different room.

The location of the hotel is ideal. There is a shopping center 3 minutes away, and it is also close to the beach. My room size was pretty normal. The day shift administrator of the front desk was very friendly as well as the security guards team.

The staff promised to leave us an early breakfast that we wanted to take with us. But the promise was not fulfilled. Single beds are narrow, uncomfortable. You can definitely find a better hotel for this price.

Staff at the restaurant mostly dont know English and they miss understand quite often. I asked for a Georgian beer and they just had one type that was not on the menu, I asked for the price and waiter said max 10 Lari, I ordered so many of it and at the end I had to pay 15 Lari for each Beer!! I ordered Limonite and I got one drink with some sort of herb no lemon in it. And returned it however, I had to pay for it anyway!!! And the picture of food on their menu is so different from the reality!

super nice staff at reception and house keeping. They are in general very helpful at reception, they guide you well and try to give you with what you ask for as much as they can. Great room, big and clean.

The view of the room was the unfinished structure, and the ocean was not that much visible.

The hotel was modern. The breakfast was nice and complete. The restaurant had a complete menu and the quality was good.
