If you are a light sleeper, then you will need ear plugs or twist a room at the back, but we requested a balcony- we can’t complain and we got to watch out over the busy corner.

The staff were amazing- big thanks to everyone- Nino and the reception team, breakfast and restaurant staff and cleaning team. The room was super comfortable and spacious and the breakfast was nice too.

Amazing hotel at the heart of Kutaisi. Extremely comfy beds, great decor, excellent showers and amazing staff, always kind and eager to help. Special thanks to Nia, Roma and Luka. The three of them helped us with every question we had, they helped us book a taxi to the airport at 4am and even gave us breakfast to go so we could have something to eat for our early flight. Thank you so much for your kindness you were GREAT!!

It is amazing Hotel. The staff was very supportive and helped us to accommodate all of our requests. It is my first time in this hotel and was my 2nd time in Kutaisi. I will book this hotel, if I ever come back to Kutaisi.

It is really over exceptional. I could give 12 out of 10 to this hotel :). I was really happy ot choose this hotel. I would like to mention few points which help people to choose this hotel :-- 1- Location is very nice and central. it is lively place which have even indian resturants around. 2- Staff is too good and main USP of this hotel. They are ready to help / accomodate every time. 3- It has Netflix with 2 TVs. 4- Batroom is designed to keep even small things in mind. It is really awesome. 5- Cafe is very reasonable from price point of view. 6- Price wise it was half of the price I paid in 5 star hotels but experience wise it was better than them.

Because of the location unfortunately there was a lot of noise. Especially during the night you can hear the voice of people talking in the street and the passing cars. Our room was on the second floor.

My stay was AMAZING . Central location to most attractions. The staff are the biggest treasure in this place , Nia and Nino at the reception are so welcoming and friendly, always ready to help with warm smiles . Roma always helpful and offering suggestions to the best sights in Georgia,and Guri at the breakfast restaurant was amazing…room service was very efficient and fast . Would define recommend 🫶.

Just a recommendation really: batteries in the TV remote need replacing and possibly instructions on how to change the language on the TV to English.😉

The location was central, close to all attractions and parking across the road. Supermarket around the corner. Staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was great. The room that we had was spacious, and the mini bar was stocked. Thank you. 🤗
