Our room with a balcony was clean, convenient and had a fantastic view. Owners are very helpful and hospitable. There is a kitchen available for all guests to make your own breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay here :)

Everything in this place was perfect. Quiet location with a magnificent mountain view. There is large and cozy common area and kitchen. A washing machine is also provided. Nice hosts who do everything to make you feel comfortable

Getting to the place from town center made me exhausted. However Nino was happy to give us a ride for free.

The place was very impressive. Nino (owner) was very nice and friendly. She also helped us to find the local guides with reasonable price.

Great views overlooking town, spotlessly clean, extraordinary value. The patio and hammocks are a notably enjoyable place to spend time. It's a bit of a walk from the town center, but they're happy to give you free rides to/from the town center.

The place was amazing and communication with Nino was really easy. She upgraded our room to a bigger one and we had a great view on Mont Kazbeg and the afternoon sun on the balcony. The place is very clean and calm. Everything was perfect.

I love staying here. It is by far the best hotel in this price range. The common area and view are amazing. The rooms are clean, the bathrooms are a good size and the beds are comfortable.

No recommendations. It entirely exceeded my expectations.

Everything was ideal - the view, the size of the rooms, the bathroom & hot water, the wifi, the service, the shared kitchen and sitting space. Only the walk from the center of town is a bit far but it's less than 15min and the owners provide free transportation to and from the property.

Nothing I loved everything about Nikolo inn

I liked every bit of my stay and the family who runs this is extremely sweet, they helped me out every way possible. The wife (Nino) was so sweet to go extra mile to offer me drop offs and helping with transportation to go to places around and she is very efficient and respond u quick. Even after I left the hotel if I ask something she would not hesitate to help me they are beyond amazing. Talking about the property and facilities - great view that u will not regret, you could see the mountain range and the gargeti trinity church from ur room and will wakeup to a breathtaking view every morning - in-house great breakfast is offered which cost 15 gel which is really worth for the price. Fresh delicious and huge breakfast for yourself - the location is safe and convenient u can have a walk to the city within 10 minutes and a few places around to dine. - the room was spacious and comfortable very clean had all the amenities. - there was a kitchen that u can prepare anything by yourself and also nice tea and coffee available at anytime Over all one of the best places I’ve been and wouldn’t think twice to go back.

Highly recommend this pleace. You will find everything what you need; room&bathroom are extremely clean. Views on the terrace and balcony on the Kazbeg Mountain. The most important, Niko; she is great host; she support us in very hard situation in this same time she's never been insistent. Thank you.

Although the double room has the most comfortable bed ever, it also has a very thin door and the sounds from the kitchen/living area are clearly to be heard. No problem though when you put in earplugs and this should not prevent you from staying here.

Nino and her husband were super helpful. She organized everything I asked her for through WhatsApp within 5 minutes. She and her husband were so friendly to drive and pick me up from the center multiple times, since their place is in the last street before the mountains which guarantees awesome views but also means a lot of walking uphill. She organized me a horse on the first day at a time of my choice (I can highly recommend this experience!) After the first night I moved to a quadruple room from the double room downstairs because the latter one was booked. Both rooms very clean and comfortable, very good wifi. When I checked out they even gave me a lift back to Tbilisi. Very relaxing place, I would highly recommend!!
