We loved this guesthouse! It is attached to the main house and has 3 separate rooms that share a living room, kitchen and front porch. The rooms are spacious and have gorgeous views of the mountains, the bathrooms have hot showers, and the living room is a cozy place to relax and meet other travelers who might be using the other rooms. Our hosts are very kind, welcoming and helpful if you have questions. We felt very at home here!

I was sent by them to a different guest house, which i didn't mind, so this review is for the other house, it didnt have a name or sign. Then i got a message from booking.com saying i hadn't turned up at Ninos. All a bit fishy.

The location is excellent, close to the centre of town with shops and eateries, and close to the trails for walking. Owners lovely and welcoming. Room was very light and airy with an opening window and private bathroom. The bed was a bit soft for our liking, but not an issue. There is plenty of space in the common areas both inside and out. The kitchen has a large fridge freezer, washing machine, kettle and utensils. We couldn't use the cooker in the unit, but there was one available in the house, along with pans. WiFi very good. Booked 4 night's, stayed 6 and would definitely stay again.

The kitchen in the house is unusable, but there’s another kitchen outside with decent utensils. The water for shower came from the same tap as the sink and there’s no separation between the toilet and the shower, so the bathroom floor is almost always wet.

The room was bright with big windows. The beds were okay, and the bathroom was quite spacious. It has a nice garden and living room to sit in. It actually looked better than the pictures! The family running the place was smiley and friendly as well.

Sadly bathrooms weren't the best ones and wiring was old and not very stable

Owner is very sweet and welcoming lady. She agreed to make us breakfast for 20 lari from person and it was like a feast. Eggs, mashed potatoes, different types of meat, salads, cheeses, jams etc. It was raining heavily that day and she gave us rain poncho and umbrella so we could go for a walk. Home is cute and cozy. In general i had a feeling like i was staying at grandma's house in the village.

Really nice room and bathroom, all facilities are working well and the shower is great. There is even a nice kitchen that we could use. And what was really noteworthy was how nice the host was, super helpful!

Its a bit pricy compared to other place but its comfy and clean, so its ok.

Nice room with beautiful mountain view. Nino is a gem. She gv me free coffee, cake and cookies upon arrival. The place feels like home. Very clean and serene. Suitable to relax yr mind. The location is also perfect. There is a cheap shop to buy bread, burger and pizza nearby the guest house.

The owner of the guest house closed the tap water permanently and we must call her to open it frequently...she got and recieved us money more ,because of the oven and laundry...and i saw next room for my friends(that want to join us for one more night)and she were very angry and she said us that check out time is 10 o clock and when we answer her about it,she shout us impolitely ' go from my guest house' ...

I would not come back to this guesthous!!!! Sadly ,we felt not welcomed by the host.. With no apparent reason. It all started when we asked for a warmer at night because we were cold ( 9 degrees at night, seems reasonable) and the request seemed to annoy her, and she said its summer time and there is no need, but after all gave us a portable warmer ( after grumbeling about it). Then at night the water was cold in the shower, the next day afternoon it was also cold but this time we told here, she then got into the house did something ( maybe opened the hot water) and again got angry at us asking and said angrily " is that will be all?" , like we asked an ireasonable request ?! And when leaving the house we came to pay here but did not have the precise amount and she just lost it !!!! We were shocked. I dont believe anyone should be treated as we did, we tried to be the nicest guests but just left with a terrible feeling.
