We couldn't believe our eyes when we saw it. The apartment looked even better than on pictures. We had everything we needed there. Two big bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with jaccuzi for two people), spacious living area with big flat screen tv. Big sofa on which we could rest a bit after a long flight. Kitchen equiped with all the things you need like pans, plates etc. The beds were so comfortable that we fell asleep right away when we touched the pillow. Thank you Nino, our stay was awesome and we felt sad we stayed that little. Next time we will surely stay longer !

Hard to drive into parking.

Everything was perfect

The apartment is located in the city centre in a quiet street, five minutes away from the centre. It’s huge and perfectly fit a family of five people. The communication with the host was smooth and easy to deal with. She gave very clear instructions how to reach the apartment and was available all the time to help us with everything we needed.

One and only thing I did not like was the small street going to the apartment, it is not well lighted. quite scary when walking alone at night.

Indeed an extremely cozy and spacious apartment. spotlessly clean and I can say this is much way better than a hotel room. They have all the necessities in the kitchen, two big bedrooms equipped with TV + netflix. The owner is responsive in all my messages and questions. Location is superb! 5mins walk to a minimart. 8 to 10 mins walk to white bridge where there are lots of restaurant around or a WOLT app can do the delivery if feeling lazy to go. If we can go back to Kutaisi, I will surely book for this place again.

The pressure of water in both bathrooms could be better and also the temparature of the water is not stable. It would be nice to have a softer and lower pillows.

Nino's apartment is clean, modern, spacious and quiet. All you need in the kitchen is available. The big flat screen TV in the living room is amazing. The location is great. The host was very kind and always available if we need something. Nino even helped us to arrange a taxi on our departure day. We had a great stay and satisfied over all.

Internet speed is slow and spotty, OK for casual use but I have to use my phone hotspot to do any work. Kutaisi is still very warm in late September, there were a couple of mosquitos in the bedroom that I wish i brought mosquito repellent with me. For a house with such quality furniture and appliances, i was surprised the quality of the mattresses simply not at par, too soft, we actually preferred the sofabed.

It's better than the pictures. Excellent location, responsive owner, Spacious and clean, quality furnishings, tasteful home decor, electric outlet can be used by travellers without adapter. It's centrally located but on a quiet street with a courtyard. Enough space for 4 to 6 people. Well equipped kitchen for cooking, we made nice chicken broth there.

Be aware that water pressure is on the lower side and it took quite a while for water to heat up but when it did - everything was alright, so it was not a big issue for us.

Apartment lives up to the listing name: it is indeed really cozy and at the same time space feels really big thanks to the high ceilings. Nino was really responsive and easy to communicate with. ACs were working well, the kitchen is very well equipped (very shapr knifes!). Both bathrooms were clean. The place is located a bit away from the main street, so it was quite peaceful yet close to the city centre. The closest shop is 3 minutes away.

The only little problem was the water pressure in the showers. It could really be a little more, but could shower none the less.

Very nice, clean modern 2 room apartment with 1 ensuite bathroom and one huge separate bathroom. Both rooms have double beds with super comfy bedding. Pillows a bit hard, but that's only me.

I had a fantastic experience with the apartment I rented. It was truly a gem – beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and incredibly spacious. Its central location made exploring the area a breeze.
