The room has entrance from the outside, it has glass doors and part of the wall. The heating was off. Thus it got really cold at night (despite it being summer it almost got down to zero degrees celcius outside).

In fact, the hotel is quite decent compared to its price, good value for the money. The internet speed could be improved. The upper floor is accessible only by a staircase, which can be a challenge, but the view from there is worth it.

The location is excellent, but you need to select the room carefully with the right view: the new section of the hotel has the best view to the mountains. The staff is very friendly.

Glass windows are see-through from the outside and only very slightly tinted. Also, left the window slightly open at night to let air in since there was no AC, so a few moths got in.

(1) On the one hand, we arrived at the hotel and it turned out that we were the only guests (in a not-so-small hotel in July!) and there were only two women on the staff who didn't speak English and we couldn't communicate effectively. The rooms weren't all that equipment that is written on Booking and we hadn't access to all the amenities that we expected.

(2) But on the other hand, the hotel was good quality, and the most important - the two women from the staff were so helpful and kind. They were very, very careful, and they tried to help us in so many ways and make our visit the best experience that it was possible. So - finally, I recommend it. We started with quite a bad attitude, but we finished with love for the staff ;-)

In the beginning of September it was very cold, in the room was like +14C, but the management refused to turn on heating. Only after the insisting from my side they gave me the electric heater (I stayed 8 nights). To use washing machine you have to pay money, though it is indicated in the room conveniences. There is no fridge in the room, though it was indicated again.

The hotel is located a bit far from the village and two small buildings are being constructed just belong to the hotel : do not expect to see the same view as displayed on the pictures on booking but rather bricks.. a bit disappointed but otherwise the place is nice

Shower in the 2-person room could have been fixed or working more intuitively. Also, I had to pay with cash and go to ATM since the card-terminal was broken.

Adequate plug points to charge our gears

The staff, they are very supportive and helpful. The room was excellent with amaizing views. Our floor was on first-floor, Aged people might find difficult to go to first form. There are plenty of rooms in ground floor. No need to worry about it The breakfast for 20 Lari was excellent and coffee was delicious. There is a children's play area with swings on the property. My daughter loved it and I her words, this is the best hotel we stayed so far. I strongly recommend NoA for those are looking for a stay in Kazbaki region.

Unfortunately, during our stay, there was some issue with the city providing water to the property, so we had to contact the staff every time we needed water. Hope this gets fixed quickly!

Our hosts went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, providing a hot water boiler, plates, and cups when we asked for them. There was a nice view, and the room was sparkling clean when it was presented to us!

The only downside was it was all the way to the top and it was an uphill walk to reach the hotel and we get a little lost because we couldn’t find the main entrance. But overall it was a pleasant stay.

We stayed for 2 nights and the owner of the hotel was so nice and accomodating. The hotel was very clean and seem newly decorated and the view from the balcony was fantastic.

Wow, did we love this hotel! Situated on a hillside above Stepantsminda, the view across the valley is nothing short of breathtaking. Our room was beautiful with a great view of Mount Kazbek. Waking up to that was just wonderful. The staff is so very friendly. We were even able to get our laundry done overnight. There is a lovely lobby and a beautiful outdoor seating area. The city center is a 10 minute walk. The bed was very comfortable. I loved everything about this place. It is currently under construction, but don't let that fool you. Probably the nicest hotel we visited in Georgia. Highly recommend.

There is ongoing construction and the facility does not provide bedroom slippers, floor towels or even service to the bus stop. It can be very inconvenient as this hotel is at farthest slope from the center and the road is not made of concrete yet

Not the best road to this hotel with a lot of dust and rocks. Be careful if you driving on your own or rental car.

Awesome place in Stepantsminda! Very hearty owners with small cute boy. Unbelievable view from room on Kazbegi and Gergeti Trinity Church. Comfortable room with everything you need and more. Fully recommended!

No access to the hotel by car, only by jeep, due to construction. The hotel was expending, therefore the atmosphere was very not welcoming nor comfortable due to the construction. Water costs a lot of money. There is a construction in front of the hotel that blocks the panoramic view, only portion of the view available. The toilets are smelly as there is no air circulation. The third floor we wanted had a hard spiral stairway.

The beds were good and big. Location is the key, despite the roads being bad. Staff willing to help.
