Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

BelgiumThe rooms' balconies are very close to each other, so if the one would like to enjoy evening outside at own balcony, there might be lack of privacy since the neighbors might be there as well. This did not bother me much, but it might be disturbing for others. What the hotel might consider doing is to prohibit smoking at the balconies, as not all smokers realize they disturb neighbors with the smoke.
Everything! The Hotel exceeded my expectations in all terms: facilities (comfortable, large and well designed rooms, pool, restaurant area), personnel (Natalia at reception is always helpful, the Lady at the restaurant is always smiling and welcoming), food, wine, wi-fi, location (close to the beach and to the convenience stores).

GeorgiaWe had a corner room so it was easy to look inside our room from all the balconies on the side, so we had to keep the curtains shut a lot of the time. Also sometimes there was loud music up to 1 am at night in the hotel.
The room was big and comfortable, and location was nice, close to the sea and not far off the road, and plenty of places for walks. The restaurant in the hotel was extremely convenient as it was tasty and not too expensive, with really friendly staff.

RussiaNo kettle, cups or cutlery in the room, but those can be borrowed downstairs. Also, be prepared that cooking your order will take quite some time cause everything will be served hot from the oven - for us it was not critical as we were not in the hurry. There was a slight mismatch in the description: the room was marked as “sea view”, but in fact overlooked the inner yard. Again, was not a problem for us, but if you wish to have sea view, it’s better to clarify that in advance. All those things are really minor though and did not impact our overall experience
Thanks to Nobilis Hall for our lovely stay! We enjoyed the following - close to the beach but far away from the nightlife noise - everything matched the photos, all amenities were in place, the room was very pleasant to stay in - huge comfy bed with crisp spotless sheets - stylish interior and exterior design - not many people at the pool despite the high season, pool open 24 hours - fresh homemade food at the restaurant downstairs (cards accepted) - friendly responsive staff - extra beach/pool towels - it was really quite - breakfast was plentiful I would come again and recommend the place to a friend, thank you so much for our enjoyable stay! A truly good value for money.

BelarusThough the the room is spacious and stylish, it's not particularly well-thought. The main issue was with the AC. It was located in a corridor just above the entrance, and the cool air haven't reach even the half of the room, thankfully it could reach the bed, but it was impossible to stay on the couches for more than 5 minutes during the daytime, because it was very hot. Light switches were located in completely opposite sides of the room and no switch to the ceiling lights next to the bed. One of the wardrobe doors was broken, no one ever fixed it, though the technician had a look at it and said he would do it the next day. The shower glass was dirty, no bath mat provided, though I got one after requesting it. No safe, no kettle in the room. All of this separately are just minor things, but combined together don't make the hotel worthy it's price, unfortunately, comparing to other options you can find in Kobuleti and other resort places in Georgia. Another issue was the person from the staff. The owner is a sweet and caring lady, some of the staff are her relatives, who are mostly nice people, the manager/receptionist is very energetic and is there for requests. There's a male technician, who was requested to my room, because of the wardrobe and a couple of other issues. At first he asked if I'm staying alone, then continued kind of jokingly that this room and the terrace was so big that I should invite him over to drink some wine, and afterwards he made a comment that "it was sinful to sleep in such a big bed alone". I consider this completely unacceptable and harassing. He continued to pay some extra attention to me till the end of my stay, so I literally was trying to avoid him.
The hotel room and lobby was stylish, nice colors and furniture. My room was spacious allowing both to chill and work. Special note is the terrace which was huge, like throwing-a-party-huge. There was a lot of storage space and surface in the room. The location is very good, 5 minutes walk from the beach, next to the main street with supermarkets and transport to Batumi, though not at the street itself, so not noisy. Breakfast was very good, especially comparing to other hotels in Georgia I've been to. I could find something for myself even taking into account I don't eat meat. The restaurant is good by the way as well, though I ate there just once, because I preferred places next to the sea.

BelgiumThe discobar outside till 22:00. I asked for a quiet room, and the loud music was unacceptable There was nobody available at 8h00 am at reception to return my key at checkout Breakfast was only available as of 9 am (totally unacceptable). This may be due to local corona measures, however in other hotels breakfast was possible at 8 am.
* Probably the most friendly staff at reception I met in georgia, however the lady was also responsible for the restaurant and all other queries I believe,, hence possibly a little overworked * The restaurant food was good and not expensive * Parking onsite (once it was clear how to get in :-)

France- The walls are paper thin, and you can literally hear your neighbours use power sockets - The balconies have only very low glass dividers between them, which means your neighbours can watch you sleep and vice versa - the toilet seat thats smaller than the actual toilet
It is a family run hotel, and the welcome is very warm Impressive breakfast The pool is open 24 hours a day The rooms are very spacious
