The room was decent, as expected Location is perfect for taking a bus or going to the airport the next day The central common area was better than most hostels (even though this is not such) and when nice to work with the laptop Gino was amazingly helpful, good communicator in English, very available and friendly, and he was there the entire time... Impressive!!

Location right next to the central bus station and close to the airport. Easy to get to the city centre by bus. They arranged us a cheap taxi to the airport at night. 24 hrs reception.

Genka at the reception was very helpful when I lost my phone in a taxi. He assisted me in a long mission of finding it. Without him retrieving the device would not be possible. Location just next to Bus Station is great. AC in every room is a game changer.

You can’t get closer to the central bus station so it’s a perfect spot to stay for a sleep if you arrive late or leave early. Staff is friendly.

No curtain in the shower and the hose was broken so it was near impossible to take a shower and the whole floor was wet.

Location is right next to the marshrutka station. You have to take an elevator up to the hotel. Room was basic but very spacious. They provided towels. Good for one night if you want to go the next day to the airport. They offer a taxi service too, but I found Bolt to be cheaper.

Hotel is written in English alphabet, but Okriba is written in Georgian on the building.

Good location. You enter the hotel through an elevator. I was coming at night, so it seemed like the elevator doesn't work immediately. First, you need to call the hotel (there is a doorbell on the wall) and then the elevator works.

Great location just on the marshrutka's bus stop. Good chooise when transfering from Kutaisi airport to other parts of Georgia. A lot of shops nearby and even McDonalds. Rooms were clean and tidy. Note - to get to hostel you shoud use elevator.

We are staying at this hotel for the second time. Convenient location for further transit (near the bus station), the room is clean. Very friendly staff. Big thanks to the administrator who agreed to check us in at night.

The hotel is located 4 k.m. from the city centre ,but it costs a mere 20 euro cent to get to the centre on minibus no.1 in 10 minutes which stops right outside the hotel every 5 minutes.If you plan to visit other destinations in Georgia the long distance bus station is a few meters away.There are supermarkets,cafes,bakeries and exchange booths within a 100 meter radius.

At the first day there was a problem in bathroom, but guys from staff have solved it quickly. The hotel is not 5-star, but it's just perfect for this price and location.

The staff, Geno and Linda were very nice and polite and helped me with all the questions/requests i had during my accommodation, thank you! The location of the hotel is perfect: everything is nearby: bus-station, banks, shops, market and its not far from historical part of the city. So, i can recommend this place.

For the price its perfect, might feel old if you look for a fancy modern place. Some guests were talking outside after midnight. This is downside for the guests not owners.

By the central bus station. easy to reach from airport for 20gel (even during night if you use Maxim/bolt). Very nice staff. Room is good for the price.
