My stay was off-season (I might have been the only guest at the time), so there was no buffet breakfast. Instead, we were served personally with pelmeni, eggs, sausages, cheeses, greens and sweets. On one hand, it wasn't what I was expecting. On the other - it was quite a unique experience, and far from a bad one.

Nice, cozy little hotel right in the city center. Friendly staff, new building, good interiors, clean rooms. Won't blow your mind, but won't leave you disappointed either.

We booked a twin room shown on booking.com but we were told there’s no twin room and was given one double bed and a sofa bed to use as twin. Not what we are expecting. Unsure who caused the misunderstanding here, booking.com or the hotel - if there’s no proper twin room, don’t sell it that way. Also the bathroom ventilation was soooooo loud like a vacuum and the water pressure in the bathroom is not great (we were on the 5th floor). Corridor floor carpet was also dirty.

No heater in the bathroom. The only heating in the room was by the air conditioning. The windows were not sealed and cold air was blowing. No wardrobe. Very little space for clothes. Breakfast only from 9, so when we had bus at 8.30 we had to order the boxes. We received only one with a bit of old bread, a bit of chees and a bit of cheap sausage. It's not a 4* hotel!

All said below applies to room 104 only, located on the 1st floor! We've got surprises right from the start: toilet brush was found right IN the toilet while expecting the room for first time. Bathroom was clean all around though. Unfortunately you can't say the same about the floor carpet: it was dirty, with old stains perhaps of chocolate or vine. Another sad fact is about the extra sofa: it smelled strange, as if someone was actively sweating on it. Air cooler was working fine and in full throttle, however, air smelled strange, perhaps it's time to check the filters. The width of the balcony is around half a meter tops and some people might find inconvenient. The real surprises awaited us the next day: We left extremely early for the whole day, but prior to that, we asked for the clean up via room terminal. When we came back we found interesting picture: bed linen was not only not changed, but not even tucked, it was left as it is the moment we left. While garbage was taken out, new towels provided and the cups were washed, cleaning personnel left coffee stains on the sink from those cups as it is. Now, it all might sound like whining, but you expect basic things like made bed and clean room from the 4 stars hotel which in our case was not delivered.

Location is perfect: 1-2 min away from all major old city eyesights; Hot water ran fluently without interruptions; Wi-Fi works great; Great soundproofing including balcony door.

The breakfast didn't have much options and when we came 30mins before the closing time we had to ask for basic stuff like bread and milk, even though the employees were walking around the table and should have seen that for sure. The only hotel I ever encountered where a "do not disturb" light is read by the housekeeping as "knock and come in after 5 seconds". When complaining about that to the front desk and asking for housekeeping to stay away from our room altogether, we were told that even if we don't want housekeeping, they still need to check the room every day. Paid through booking before even coming to the hotel, but when checking out we were told that we will need to pay in cash. Had to show them my booking reservation with the paid status and after some phonecalls and checking the room again, we were let go. They took their time doing all that even though we had a taxi waiting.

Hotel situated in a good spot, the train and bus stations are a couple of minutes drive away, the old town with restaurants, shops and entertainment is right around the corner. The room had a balcony with a rack to hang your wet clothes to dry. The room was pretty good overall.

Although we specifically booked triple room for 3 adults, it was a double room with 2 single beds and one tiny sofa. Towels and hangers were also only for 2 persons. The internet connection was terrible, 2 out of 3 days it didn't work at all. Staff wasn't very helpful to solve the issues.

The hotel is new with all needed facilities. Very clean and cozy, good location. Breakfast was very generous.

I stayed in many hotels. However, this was an exceptional one. location is just perfect like 3 minutes walk to Argo cable car and 10 minutes walk to the beach.moreover, it’s located in old Batumi town which is a really cool and lively area. Our flight landed in the early morning so we were at the hotel way before our check-in time. Staff Nino And Olha were so kind to offer us a complimentary breakfast on our arrival day and also an early check-in. Room was so clean and modern. Bathroom has a bidet. Breakfast was good. All staff were so attentive, smiley and friendly. I would definitely come back.
