Charming and caring hosts, attentive and great with children. Cozy and clean hotel with a warm atmosphere, including great views from the room and the big terrace. The food was amazing and the restaurant menu offered a broad variety of Georgian and special Svanetian dishes. The breakfast was rich, combining freshly prepared salads and hot snacks. Massi, their family dog may be impressive in his appearance but he is certainly one of the most relaxed and kid-friendly dogs we have ever met. Our two year old daughter loved him.

We had the most wonderful stay in this cozy little mountain Hotel. The staff is adorable and always quick to help with any issue. It is clean but very cozy. The food is delicious and the best we ate the whole time we have been to Georgia. And the best asset of the hotel is the person who runs it! I am sure you will fall in love with her as much as we did. She is a wonderful and sweet Person and one of the reasons we stayed much longer than originally planned!

Though walkable from the town center, the hotel is a bit of a steep climb which was difficult to do with our luggage. Breakfast starts a little late at 8 30 am which may be a bit of problem if planning to do one-day treks.

The lady owner who manages the property is very helpful and goes out of her way to make all guests feel welcome. Rooms were clean and warm. Food served at the hotel’s restaurant was great. Very friendly dog on the property.

This is a very comfortable hotel. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. If you eat in the restaurant at night, the food is good. Perhaps best of all, the shower has a screen, so you don't have water all over the bathroom.

Tri city to find. The access roads don't look like roads for cars. A lead in hotel sign would help.

Hotel manager was super friendly and helpful in every way. Hotel was part of historic towers of mestia and interesting place to stay. Great terrace to drink and dine from with great views.. does have car parking but you need to ask at reception for location.

Cozy family hotel with incredible view and friendly staff. We felt like we visited our old friends or relatives. Testy breakfast and pleasant terrace. We used hotel's restaurant for dinner and it's perfect! Delicious pies and khachapuri! Despite we arrive at the hotel at 11:30 and the kitchen was closed, kind girls prepared foe us late dinner. Thank you so much!

I really enjoyed my stay. If I was to give some feedback it would be small mainly. - The beds are quite creaky and mattresses a little too firm for me. Very large groups of tourists meant it could be noisy outside of the rooms, though mostly we were able to sleep. - It was slightly annoying that food is brought out at different times from the kitchen when you are eating with someone else - would be nicer to bring all the food together so people can eat together. We also waited an hour for food on 2 nights. The waitress said the kitchen was busy due to takeout orders, but hotel guests should really be prioritised over that.

Lovely bright and clean rooms, stylish and comfortable. The evening food from the kitchen was very tasty, and good value. Plentiful and varied breakfast. The views from the terrace are stunning and the building has some real old charm. Staff were mostly very friendly and helpful. We really liked it here.

The first room was great but we later moved to a room with a shared bathroom. The room was fine but the shared bathroom was dirty and wasn't cleaned while we stayed there.

Inconvenient parking near the hotel: the staff asked to give them the key from our car so that they can move our car themselves when it’s needed. When we refused to give the key (we were ready to move the car by our own), the administrator acted unprofessional and showed her irritation. In general we stayed in several hotels in Mestia during our trip and we found this hotel overpriced
