We had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our needs. The breakfast was varied and kept us very satisfied. And the front desk staff were super! Very helpful with anything we needed. They also spoke English, which was very helpful. We were helped with our bags on arrival and departure. We'd definitely stay again!

As there are a good number of Indian guests , I would request/suggest adding more Veg & Jain food (Indian) option in breakfast on prebooking.

I wish they can put a full length mirror so we could see our outfit, as well as seating chairs & tables in the balcony

It's our first time staying at Olympus Hotel By Umbrella. We booked the King Room with Balcony for 3 nights. I must say the hotel is amazing, they are just recently reopened & has rebranded, our room has a king bed & a separate spa bed, balcony is huge & the entire place is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Bathroom is big with a bidet, water pressure is excellent, the heated drying rack is very ideal! Breakfast is very homey, it's not an extravagant a typical type of breakfast & reception are very attentive, mostly | what I like they always always make our room! I must say I really love our stay here and definitely we will comeback! I almost forgot they offering a very convenient shuttle service coming & going back to the airport, we avail it when we arrived the driver is good in English & friendly too.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We booked our drive from front desk. Zakro was our driver, he is very friendly and very resourceful. He took us to many places and doubled up as our translator too.. highly recommended Zakro to anyone!

The hotel is located very close to the historical center of the city. It has spacious rooms, cleaning is done every day with replenishment of consumables (water, tea, coffee). New furniture and plumbing, a hearty and tasty breakfast, kind and helpful staff. I appreciate and recommend this hotel.

Very friendly and beautiful staff, helping with luggage transfer and supporting you with good recommendations. Could here people talking in the room next to the one I stayed in. The ventilator in the bathroom was a little rattly.

The breakfast is great. Staff is very hospitable and friendly. Price was good. The location is 5 minutes from 300 Aragveli metro station and relatively quite.

Property very near yo the city.

One of the beat hotel in Tibilisi near to the city. Staff are very helpful so polite. Rooms are very clean. I definitely recommend this hotel for the people who come for vacation.
