It was great value for the location, however I believe Orbi being one of the biggest group in hospitality sector still need to improve on their facilities provided at the room, like there was no dental kit, complementary water, tea/coffee etc…

Staff was super cooperative and helpful, especially Jack. Who went extra mile to ensure that i have an amazing stay at the hotel.

In some spaces it was dirty. The elevator takes a lot of time. It's a big building and it's interesting to sleep in one of the upper apartments but for the money I think there are better places to stay.

One of the Staff at reception is non serious, who received us, busy with her mobile and did not looked at the confirmed booking. She responded this is private room and call the owner to get this room. Owner did not responded and she told she cannot help. Then I made her reliased that it is her responbility to sort it out. then she sent me to block C of orbi city hotel saying my room is in that tower, block C is 100 maway. Block C receptionist check the booking and told to goback to block A and even told the room number. However after 30 min matter is sorted out by other receptionist in block A tower. Someone also suggested cancell booking.com booking and get room from Orbi City direct, they have rooms as well. This type of non serious staff is damaging Orbi reputation. No Iron in room, No drinking water placed, Construction sound from neighbouring construction of tower is disturbing but closure of windows makes it better. No telephone, Only one card provided for 4 persons which is used for electricity and entry both. Parking of the car is an issue even a taxi. Cleaning is after 3 days. No room service before that. Need to purchase stuff by yourself. No facial tissue paper, even only one tissue roll was prided for rest room. They write it as 5 start but 5 star facilities are not present. Hotel security guard does not allow to car to enter the hotel to get the luggage out in front of the door. It is a residential apartment tower instead of hotel.

It was an apartment rented by private owner through Orbi City in Block A, 32nd floor. Neat and Clean, Good Wifi, Balcony view was owesome, TV with satellite channels, Kitchen utensils availablewith kettle and stove, Sofa cum bed was comfortable. Direct Sea View, Just 3 mins walk from Sea, Good Halal resturants available nearby Spice Resturant (Indian) and Flora Resturant (Turkish). Near by Tuck shop. 24 hour service at reception. Can have clear view of dancing fountains.

The complex is very large, so it can get busy and crowded at entrance and lobby. The sound proofing for the rood doors can be improved as it can get noisy.

Hotel is in very good location, near the beach and main boulevard. The room is clean and the view from the balcony is nice. The staff is very helpful and polite, Mr. Guja went the extra mile to help address any questions or needs.

This hotel is a scam. When you show up, they say they don't know you and are not aware about any pages at booking com. When you try to call the number from the booking page, they tell you the same. I spent extra time and stress to convince the reception guy to find us a suite. All my friends (we get together in Batumi to celebrate a wedding) and some other people at the reception experienced the same problem. When I asked to issue a second key for convenience, the first key from our room was blocked. Only 2-3 of 6 elevators work, expect 3+ minutes waiting time.

I picked a deluxe room because it's mentioned that it's sea view. When I entered the room I found it with the huge building and construction area view with very limited unaccessable sea sid view!
