I can say that I didn’t like but price is slightly higher than any other orbi rooms but after staying in, I understood that its the high quality of rooms and service is the reason!

The room had outstanding sea view and famous view towards Marriott hotel and the famous square. Room was well cleaned and the atmosphere outside or inside the room was like being in a real 4* hotel. There are all types of comfort inside the room mini bar,laundry service, cleaning service and I liked the quality of soap much and shampoo it did dry my hair or skin at all. In a nutshell, as soon as you step on 40th floor you feel that they care for you comfortable and enjoyable stay🥰

Woow! Probably the best view from a balcony that I’ve ever seen in my life, having a wide range of different views in just one place, the ocean the old part of the town, some mountains all from the balcony from a high altitude. Actually the view got me so much that I forgot to mention about cleanness and cool vibes of the cozy restaurant which is just few steps away from our room.

Everything is as satisfying.

Very clean, cozy and well maintained property. The view of the room was like something that one may never experience anywhere else in the world. Black Sea wide view plus the whole old town is at your sight with a glance! Definitely recommend it for the view and comfort. Also the breakfast was tasty.

When booking the Hotel information showed I could pay with a credit card but when I got there to check in they insisted I had to pay in cash which was very annoying since part of the reason I chose them was to pay by credit card. One morning even though I had not put out the "Please Clean Room" sign my door was opened without knocking first. Granted I did not have the "Do Not Disturb" sign out, but still not knocking seemed kind of tacky especially since I was only in my underwear since I was undressing to take a shower. They did not stick their head in at least, but still...

Good location. New building so everything looked nice. Comfortable mattress on the bed. Wi-Fi generally good. Plenty of hot water.

An unforgettable stay in batumi which exceeded our expectations! You can’t find cozier than this hotel anywhere else. The view is breathtaking and the room was so clean. The guy at the reception is quite helpful and personally for me looking at the sea and the whole town from my balcony on the 40th floor is something that I’m going to be back for!

Very warm welcome by Mr Mahmoud the manger, they have facilitated the 40th floor of the orbi tower block A, they have a very cozy buffet restaurant at the same floor and you need to keep in mind that their reception desk is also located in the 40th floor, so there is no need to waste your time in the crazy busy first floor reception and go directly to 40th floor!🤩 It was my third time in this hotel and I already feel like home there.

There is no parking lot so you have to look for it and it can be difficult.

The view was perfect. The room was hot so cold is not a problem. We stayed in double room with our friends. There were a little kitchen and a kettle. Shampoo, soap, toothbrush was there. Beds and pillows are comfortable and looking clean. In each room there is a tv. Smoking is forbidden in our room. In corridor there was a kitchen and laundry service but we didn't use. But it can be useful.

Everything was great from the moment that we entered and we were welcomed by Mr Mahmoud who is an extraordinary person speaking multi languages (not German though 😁) and gives you the best feeling of hospitality. The view is outstanding like nothing that I've experienced sofar. They have added many facilities to the 40th floor of Orbi tower and are superior to the other floors, they have a nice and cozy restaurant where they serve breakfast at the same floor. Another great advantage of them is their breakfast which was so delicious and tasted like homemade food.

The breakfast was excellent and delicious, the location was excellent the view was very beautiful, and the toiletin the room had a water tap and management was excellent and friendly. I will go to this hotel again on my next trip.

Great Hotel! I recommend to everyone and I will come again. - Pictures from website are same, as in real life. ✅ - Check in was made so quickly, because they have PRIVATE reception. It is so important after long road. ✅ - So friendly and helpful people at this hotel. ✅ - Breakfast is buffet and so varied. I think everyone can enjoy food for different preferences like vegan, vegetarian and meat lovers👍🏼🥗🥑 ✅ - Location is so good. Near is Grand Mall, good cafes with terraces ✅ For us it was so important 🙏
