This is an excellent place to stay I had to give it 8 vs 9 because we had no hot water. We only stayed one night, the manager said it was being fixed the morning we left.

Excellent location, just a few minutes away from the city center. The host was very welcoming and friendly. it was raining a lot during our stay so we had to stay inside, and it was an excellent visit nonetheless. The design of the place perfectly combines vintage vibes and a modern touch. The sheets and the shower ( the essential part of feeling comfortable while travelling for me) were perfectly clean. The breakfast at this hotel was filling and tasty. Highly recommend!

breakfast was good, but they need some hot dishes like fried eggs with sausages , etc. and they provide us with 1,5 liter of water and when we asked to give us new bottle of water they said that 1 bottle of water for 3 people for 3 nights is their limits.

It was our second stay in Batumi and in the same hotel so we knew what to expect. Everything met our expectations. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was perfect. The room was big and comfortable.

We received a very warm welcome when we arrived in Palm Hotel. The staff was so friendly, helpful in all matters (from parking to currency exchange from restaurants to food suggestions). The breakfast was really delicious with variety. The hotel is in a central position and close to everywhere. Upon our arrival we realized our air-con wasn't functioning and the hotel arranged a repair in a very short period of time. For Turkish travellers, the staff speaks fluent Turkish so no language barriers in between.

The hotel is close to the center and not too far from the beach. We had the room Signagi which is situated in the basement of the hotel next to the street (therefore it was not ideal the leave the windows open). However the room was very clean and cozy. The breakfast was delicious. Over all, we can definitely recommend this hotel (especially if you are looking for very clean rooms). :-)

Breakfast could have been richer, with an assortment of fruits and vegetables, rather than already prepared salads. This way, those who do not tolerate certain foods, can enjoy them as well.

Nothing to complain about

The owners of the hotel are super friendly and helpful. They did everything what we asked them and sometimes even more))) They serve delicious Turkish coffee and nice breakfast. It's located about 15 minutes walk from the sea, but you walk through nice narrow streets with great views which you'll definitely enjoy, so it's not a problem at all. The hotel is quiet and modern. Thank you for having us

The location is very close to everything. You only have to walk a bit to get to many, many sights. The owners are very kind and friendly. I have been traveling for nearly a month and their breakfasts are the BEST I have seen. The entire place is very clean and comfortable. My room was very comfortable and the shower was quite nice, a real shower! The room had a refrigerator and an electric kettle, both which I used and appreciated. The hotel owners told me they just took over ownership 10 days prior to my arrival! I wish them the best. I chose the hotel based on price and location- both were a 10.

Noise from the street, all the cars are honking in Georgia for some reason, but that is not the fault of the hotel. Just be aware and get some ear plugs if you're sensitive.

Everything was great. The owners are two amazing people, the room was spotless, all the amenities you could need, a mini fridge, lots of water, tea and coffee. The breakfast was tasty and they even gave me a small food package because i left very early the second day and missed the breakfast. Everything decorated in a modern style and with good taste. Also, it is a short walk, like 2-3 blocks, to the restaurants and coffee shops and maybe 10 minutes to the beach. This will be my go to hotel whenever I'll be back in Batumi.

The hotel is recently renovated, clean and nice interior. The staff is friendly and ready to help. The room is equipped with refrigerator, TV and Air Cooling system. The breakfast is simple but delicious.
