We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomRooms could have done with a kettle for hot drinks. Rooms didn’t have glasses either! It’s not the fault of the property but Kazbegi is a very dirty town and much of it is in rubble. Very little to do and few restaurants. The road to Kazbegi is also very trecherous. I would not recommend more than two nights.
Good location in Kazbegi near the trail to the monastery. Very helpful manager Nino although she doesn’t speak English. Very clean and good bathroom. Rooms have balconies with a great view of the mountains.

RussiaNo wardrobe or shelves, so you keep all your things in open suitcases on the floor. Not a big deal though if you stay for few nights.
Good location — in a village, so it’s a nice experience itself, but close to everything. Amazing views — from balconies and terraces. Big private parking in a beautiful yard. Everything new and clean. Pet friendly. Great warm welcoming owner, always ready to help and make you feel at home. Excellent value for money.

GermanyPerfect location for hiking in Kazbegi. Hotel is located near start of hiking paths. Restaurants and city center close by. Rooms are clean, WiFi is working perfectly and they have two nice terrace with a view to Mt Kazbek. Nino is super friendly and she offers a very good breakfast as an add on.

South AfricaThe shower in the room was a bit small and most of the floor outside the stall got wet during a shower.
The rooms were comfortable, the hosts were very friendly and accommodating, and everything was within walking distance. The hiking path to Gergeti Church is nearby and the view from the balcony was splendid. Make sure to bring cash to pay.
