Time for waiting golf cars, sometimes they couldn't arrived at all, for different reasons (like low battery).

Distance to the pool and garden entrance

We did not like the view from the room, as well as the hygiene products in the room, soap, shower gel and shampoo. There was no conditioner or lotion. We also didn't find a robe and slippers, although they brought them after we asked. The staff was very attentive and kind.

Magnificent location, near the beautiful park of Tsinandali. Delicious breakfast and helpful staff. The room was a normal size and the bed was comfortable. Access to Radisson's big and very nice pool. Also, with a museum tour, wine tasting (we paid extra)

Very cute hotel, great staff! I asked for an early check-in as it was baby's nap time and they accommodated my request easily. The garden around the hotel is amazing! A possibility to use mini golf-car to move around was a big plus fro me - as it was sometimes hard to move around with a small kid (though everything is really close).

There should be 24/7 carts between the estate and the hotel.

The bonus of staying at Park Hotel is that it is in Tsinandali Estate. This estate is a treat to the eyes. A walk in the estate in the morning, makes you feel like a rich english person. The cobbled-pathways, the golden-brown maple leaves strewn across the grounds, the Manor and the wine-storage, is all an amazing experience. The highlight has to be the in-door swimming pool, which Park Hotel shares with the Radisson Collection Hotel at this estate. We got lucky to have visited a week before Christmas, when the whole estate was glittering and glimmering bright. About the room, it was spacious and with an amazing big balcony!

Mariam the staff in the restaurant was so nice , as she did all the arrangements as i said and food was so delicious, Hotel Rooms are fine value for money , We went to Pool that is warm and indoor , they were constantly checking the temperature of the water in the pool, pool is located 15 minutes walk from the park hotel , at radissons premises, we went with our car and parked it there as the electric buggy was not having charge

Unfortunately the pillows were uncomfortable, unusually hard.

The territory is just great. Also I was especially glad with the swimming pool. Hotel is well designed, bathroom also quite organized.

I think there could be a room for improvement on breakfast variety, especially on the healthy food part. Also, it might not be related to the hotel specifically, but we felt the smell of burnt leaves very often and it was quite unpleasant.

A lovely hotel with friendly staff - we were a family of four and we had to stay in two separate rooms, however, the hotel gave us the connecting rooms and it made the whole experience much better. The hotel is located near the museum estate with a big garden - walking in the garden during a warm fall weather was a bliss. We got to play pickleball on the tennis court, table tennis in the basement, swim and have nice meals. Overall a very nice getaway for kids' school break.

1. Stink bugs (Halyomorpha halys) in 2 of the 3 rooms our family booked, as well as in the lobby. They don’t bite or anything, they aren’t dangerous to humans — but they do stink, and it’s not what we expected in a 4-star hotel. 2. Only 2 clothes hangers per room. 3. The restaurant in the lobby isn’t very good for lunch/dinner for Georgian standards, and definitely overpriced. Bad communication on behalf of restaurant staff.

Wonderful location, beautiful views. Private parking. Spacious, clean, modern rooms. Very comfortable beds. Very convenient bathrooms. Wonderful pool, just a short walk away through the picturesque Tsinandali estate park. Drying racks on the balcony. Good breakfast.

It started raining and we asked to be taken to the main building, we were then told the cart was being charged. So I’d say for the amount of guests there should be better planning.

The front desk staff wasn't helpful at all. We were planning to visit the winery just next to the property but they were constantly pushing us to their partner. Random fire drill.

The food at the restaurant was good. Room service was prompt and helpful
