The hotel staff is incredibly bad, not hospitable at all. The people at the reception are strict as if they are prison staff and we get the wrong answer to every question. Especially the woman standing at the reception at night did not help us at all when we forgot our key. After keeping us waiting at the reception for about 1.5 hours, she gave us a new key.

The hotel is in a very good location. It is within walking distance to every point to visit in the city center. The furniture in the room is useful and comfortable. The view of the room is very nice especially after the 6th floor.

The only slight blot on my stay was the breakfast which didnt provide a great choice or an abundance of fruit or cereals

The location was excellent, the view from my tenth floor balcny was breathtaking and I couldnt have asked more from the maid who got my dirtty weashing cleaned promptly and immaculately

This is second time we stayed in the same hotel and luckily same room again. We prefer this hotel for its balcony where city and sea view together.

Receptions was nice but in breakfast room...... the man was rude. Actually people were very rude in Batum generally. But the man who is responsible for breakfast service was rude.

Location was perfect. Batumi is a small city. We were 6 people stayed in a hotel. Bed was comfy, room was warm, bathroom was enough big. It's probably one of the most reasonable hotel in Batum. Breakfast was enough. You can find sth to eat.

Breakfasts terrible for International Hotel. Reception not always manned. Aircon broke down and required room change.

The band playing every night in the Piazza - recorded play back of old favourites, with just voice and one and a half guitars added live.

Unusual. And no nonsense, can get in and out of the room and the hotel easily. Great location in the old town - nice views, and the Piazza is an amusing place to be

the staff - the reception to the breakfast staff, all were just mechanically doing their job without a smile nor a pleasant expression, like as if they were being forced to work.

The Piazza Boutique Hotel is an absolutely fantastic hotel to be based out of whilst in Batumi. If you get the accommodation at a reasonable price, there is no better address. Situated at the 9th floor (just under the clock) was simply a delight - you have a birds eye view of the city & you can spot your hotel from practically anywhere - even whilst boarding the train, I could see the Piazza Tower. The Piazza Square is always a lovely lively place for interesting evenings with multiple restaurants to choose from & the rest of the city especially the tourist parts are just all around within walking distance thus allowing you the ability to experience Batumi at your own pace.

reception is empty from the evening and when there is a need there is nobody to help you. Breakfast was quite poor. the staff was rude

room was beautiful with sea view but because the hotel is located on the watch, you hear gongs every 15 minutes all day. the location is good, quite central with gorgeous historic buildings around.

Unfortunately the facility can’t be rated as 4 stars. Not clean enough, no reception at night in the tower I stayed in. No light in the corridor exiting the elevator to the room, apparently turned off by staff, was promised to turn it on but they never did. No bed cover in the room I requested one, came dirty. Noisy in the morning when staff start cleaning shift. The clock tower bells are really loud.

For our last night in Batumi we booked at the Piazza Boutique Hotel, and what a great experience. A quaint little hotel in the clock tower. Truly magical right in the centre of the old town.

Poor and the same breakfast every day. On the 3rd day I couldn't eat anything. If you are lactose intolerant your choice is even smaller. Late performances at the hotel square till 00.00 every night that are very loud. If you need to go to bed early the windows are not sound proof and you need to wait until 00.00 in order to sleep.

Daily towels change. Friendly personal.
