- Not always and not everyone, but the staff was often confused and with prominent lack of training, for a resort having such an ambition. It was a good family guesthouse level, i"d say. However, some of them were really good and have a big perspective in case of obtaining trainings and/or experience in high level hotels. - Dirty unused furniture and mattresses in corridors.. it is disgusting guys! It is not an ordinary cheap family hotel of Guria, right?! - Construction garbage in the yard. Not in front areas, but anyway. - tables in restaurant are not stable and it is very uncomfortable. It is so easy to fix! - renovation works were done in presence of guests, it was terrible smell and dust where we were supposed to play billiard and tennis.

Really wonderful infrastructure. Nice rooms, comfy beds, wide bathrooms... Good breakfast (would be possible better choice though), restaurant at site, perfectly handled swimming pool! Great and outstanding perspective in case of it is managed properly.

Large rooms and shower, cleanliness, the pool was cleaned every morning, Large, green area with good views, Cottage system (not a large concrete building). In short: everything for a family, quiet and relaxing holiday დიდი ოთახები და სააბაზანო. სისუფთავე. აუზი იწმინდებოდა ყოველ დილით. გაშლილი მწვანე სივრცე, სასიამოვნო ხედით წყალზე (მდინარე, ზღვის ნაწილი). კოტეჯების სისტემა (არა უზარმაზარი ბეტონის მონსტრი სასტუმრო :) ) მოკლედ: თუ გსურთ წყნარი და მშვიდი დასვენება, სასტუმრო თქვენთვისაა.

Breakfast was not balanced. In the restaurant nothing was tasty except khachapuri. They don’t know how to make coffee. There is no bartender. There are not enough employees. They all scream and fight :) Staff is not trained. The sunbeds and umbrellas at the pool are old and the environment is untidy. They offer you only one bank terminal, even though you pay with another bank's card and they also have another bank's terminal. There are no playgrounds, the trees are withering and the air conditioner does not cool properly

Beautiful trees and nice people in the restaurant. Beautifull sea and sun and food. You have to enjoy this Anaklia's pearl as soon as pissible, because soon China will buy this part of Georgia and will build there a giant port (((

1) Guys you have a big territory and I think that it would be great if you arrange a playground for children in the yard. The one that you have now is dangerous because it staggers and is not fixed tightly. You could use your vast territory to put up a playground, swings, because a large number of guests with children come to you. 2)There was no a bartender, so we couldn’t order drinks. 3) Some products was constantly missing in the restaurant, for 4 days there was no cola, then there was no ketchup, then there was no pear. You need to improve your service. This was the previous year and this time the situation is the same.

It is the second year we come to this hotel. The rooms are big and comfy and clean. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good.I like that it’s a quiet and peaceful place.

The cottages - Not only did they give the resort a charming and homely feel, but they also provided ample space and privacy for everyone. The spacious rooms inside the cottages were a delightful surprise, and the shower room was nothing short of amazing. The comfort of the bed and the quality of the beddings played a significant role in ensuring a restful night's sleep. The reception personnel were exceptionally welcoming and accommodating. Beach and sea - A mere minute's walk from the resort, the beach was easily accessible. It was quite cold - outside around 2-3 degrees C - and 12-15 degrees indoors. No central heating and air conditioning system was not that efficient to heat a large room.

Very nice, modern and well equipped resort. We were upgraded and got large room with beautifull bathroom. Comfortable bed and good breakfast. Staff was attentive and helpful. On site restaurant was opened but the choice in menu was very limited, probably due to low season.

It seems that hotel specialized more on local tourists, then tourists from abroad. Breakfast could be much better. In the bathroom there was a bathtub, but there are some issues of using it.

The restaurant prices and sizes of the food didn't meet each other well. Also it was so frequent when I chose something from the menu and the restaurant didn't have it. I couldn't eat a fish. I think the restaurant was the only weak point for this hotel

There are very few things to enjoy after hours. The restaurant closes at 12 am, so there's nothing much to do. There's only a small game area, but they plan to plan to renovate for the next season, so can't wait to visit them again.

The staff was amazing. The restaurant has a very good menu with Georgian and European food and it's all delicious. I love the fact that you can see the sea from one side of the balcony and a riverside from the other. The views are perfect.

It is located at a bit of a dead end. Next to the Anaklia promenade, but there is not much life there, all dark in the evening and walking around you get a bit of a feeling of being in an abandoned area. They are also making some upgrades at the hotel, it seems it was probably closed during the Covid years.

We got a free upgrade on arrival and the room was nice and spacious. Bed and facilities in general all good. The reception staff was helpful and welcoming, as were other staff members of the hotel. The breakfast was decent.

the resort has a great area. however, it has a small pool. the restaurant doesnt have so much food and it is getting hard to be pleased about it as there is no restaurant around.

it is clean, affordable. the rooms are comfortable. the staff is always helpful and friendly. the room has bathtube and shower. they put slippers, shampoo, dental kits, lots of towels, everything.
