it is a small hotel but very clean and new hotel.. rooms were good for the price. mirror and dustbin is only in bathroom otherwise all good. the caretaker was so nice and helpful. she allow hs to use hotel kitchen to make tea and breakfast as we have ready to cook items.

We loved the place. Very clean. Amazing view 360 degrees and you can see the church and kazbegi from. The rood top while chilling there with glass of wine or cup of tea. The hosts are very attentive and hospitable. They brought us their fruits and traditional food as a welcome gesture which was so nice of them. Begs are comfortable and shower is great. Thank you 🙌

Brand new & modern hotel! The owner & staff are so lovely and happy to assist with anything! They greet you with some tea/coffee when you arrive and give you a tour of the premises. The terrace on the top floor is breathtaking & has AMAZING views of Kazbegi! Fully equipped Kitchen available for use with large fridge, so you can cook or heat up your meals. Tea/coffee is available to make whenever you please.

Just the communication gap but its manageable!

Being in small town though its a nice and clean property, best part about this property is its terrace where you can enjoy the scenic beauty of Stepansminda, owner is sweet and smiley. Please be prepared with google translator in order to communicate with staff and owner since they know few words of english All and all we had a very good time and enjoyed our stay in this little town, do remember that for restaurants and food you have to walk almost 1 km to reach to city center where you can get couple of options for food. They have kitchen with utensils where you can cook your own food as well.

There was no dressing table in the rooms. Made it difficult to get ready as only 1 small mirror in the bathroom.

The hospitality was amazing which made the stay even better. Thankyou so much for going beyond and even dropping me to a restaurant and giving me your straightener as i forgot the international socket. Would definitely recommend this hotel and definitely very clean which was most important and for smiling the whole time.

Stuff barely speak other languages but Georgian, checking in and out was a challenge. Also they ignore the provided reservation id and details and can just give you another room with worse parameters. For our friends it took some time to make the stuff provide their room as per reservation, and it was few hours after the claimed check in time. And finally, there was a really aggressive push back when we asked if we could use WC (!) after our check out, before we departed. This was the first time in many journeys.

Clean rooms and public spaces. There is a kitchen and a dining room where you can have breakfast or dinner.
