I don’t know if it was because we visited a little off season, but the restaurant food was the worst we’ve had in Georgia, which has otherwise been excellent all around. I was expecting the breakfast to be very good as well, but it didn’t deliver.

Amazing location, beautiful hotel and grounds with excellent food, staff and a great hotel dog called Carlos. Breakfast was particularly good. The staff were really helpful in assisting us arranging trips, day tours and airport transfers. The heated rooftop pool and sauna with the view over the mountains was also fantastic.

A stunning estate, beautiful views, and all the creature comforts! The sparking wine on arrival sets the mood for a lovely stay. The staff were super helpful before and during the stay.

Ideally it would have been better if the restaurants were not architecturally so similar. The set-up felt a bit like a cruise ship (all the restaurants in a row downstairs and all looking the same).

The concierge, Avto Tsereteli, was outstanding as was the Winemaker. The concierge Avto went out of his way to ensure that everything we mentioned was taken care of; he really enhanced our visit. In the Natella restaurant we had a super friendly and efficient waitress named Natia.

I was planing to stay 1 night, it was so relaxing that I stay the week end, atmosphere is just great, once you enter in the hotel, modernity and traditions are in perfect harmony, parc, pools, spa, museum are just a part of this experience….the food, the wine, the cocktails …. And the friendliness of the crew!!! They will make their best to ensure an unforgettable stay. Really enjoy this place!!!

There were not tooth brushes, vanity kit. They have everything but you should call for everything and it was discomfort for me. The restaurants were very expensive.

The spa center didn't have a resting/relaxing room available so we couldn't enjoy much sauna and pool time as it was already too cold to stay outside long time.

My husband and I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was an absolute delight. The food at the restaurant was very delicious, the service was excellent. Additionally, the swimming pool was the perfect place to relax and unwind. We can't wait to visit again!

We came here to celebrate our wedding anniversary and we were touched to find a bowl of fruit and a bottle of sparkling wine in our room when we arrived. The room was very comfortable and it was great to have a balcony to sit out on and drink a coffee. The breakfast is absolutely fantastic. The rooftop pool is lovely and it was great to have a full size indoor pool as well.

I didn't know that the terrace room was on the first floor. I found out that those rooms are quite dusty if you open the doors. Otherwise amazing experience.

Unfortunately, we had some communication problems. It was complicated to contact the property both by email and by booking messages regarding wine tours and tastings - which it was one of the main reasons for our staying in the wine region. The information was not provided on time and it was also really confusing. The staff wasn’t competent nor attentive as expected.

The property is esthetically really nice with a beautiful garden and great venues for dining services. The food was great, we had dinner at the Georgian restaurant and the waitress there was really professional.
