Really bad breakfasts. One day it was spoiled Casserole. Basically 90% of food is not tasty at all same as coffee

Breakfast doesn't start until 8am - we missed out a couple of times due to early starts but in fairness they did provide a lunch box. My only negative and its a big one is the party nights in the 8th floor bar. The noise in our room on the 6th floor was incredible and it continued until 12 midnight then there were fireworks. We returned to tbilisi after our trip to armenia and if this had Bern a Sunday I would have cancelled my reservation and stayed elsewhere. Avoid on a Sunday night

Elevators were slow. Cleaners are using the vacuum all the time, noisy.

Not too many choices for breakfast. If you want an omelette it's extra charge not included in the breakfast buffet. Also, each Sunday the hotel is organizing a party at the rooftop so if your room is in the nearby floor you will hear the noise and not be able to sleep until the party is finish. Therefore, better to know it when you book ..

The location is about 35 minutes from the center. But the taxi service with Yango is great in Tblisi. The bed was not comfortable for us. It was too soft, but this is only our perforation. The billiard room is at the restaurant in front of the hotel. It was not maintained at all.

Clean hotel and rooms. Great staff. Nice indoor pool and spa. We didn't use breakfast, so I can't advise if it good or not. Very good restaurant just in front of the hotel.

Room service, - All the food arrived luke warm, but given we were hungry did not send it back, which we usually would have done.

We needed a place to stay before catching a flight. For this the location was good 15 - 20 mins away. The hotel was clean and had all the required facilities. Unfortunately, was not able to attend the on-site ala carte restaurant and wine cellar but it did look good.

The bathrooms need some work on the sewarage. It s a general problem in Georgia. There is a very unpleasant smell due to improper drainage.

The apartment was big. The reception staff was friendly but not the breakfast personnel. Location quite central. Breakfast was ok. There is a nice restaurant in the garden.

In winter, the rooms can get quite chilly as the windows aren’t fully sealed. We also heard constant furniture moving from the floors above and being located right next to the elevator didn’t bring much quiet and peace either. The gym could use some upgrade. The multi-exercise machine seems to be from the early 2000’s with not so many options than hoped for. The dumbbell rack is quite dangerous with the sharp edges (no wonder people don’t put their weights back).

Modern Hotel with nice Spa/Pool area and friendly staff. The indoor pool is about 10m long and 6m wide. It was under maintenance the first half of our stay but was back available once maintenance was finished. We enjoyed the breakfast and the comfy rooms.

We've been to this particular Ramada hotel five times, but this visit had some problems: 1. There was a really loud corporate event on the hotel rooftop that went on until 1:40 a.m. We couldn't sleep until it ended. 2. People from the event apparently smoked a lot on the stairs, and the smoke filled the corridor and even our room when we turned on the A/C. So, we had to sleep without A/C, and it was a cold night. I haven’t had such problems before when we chose a room without balcony. 3. The Jacuzzi had too much chlorine in it this time. After the spa, my skin got a bit irritated, and the smell of chlorine from my body was strong. 4. We asked for bathrobes (there wasn’t any in our room) and they brought them to us after a whole hour of waiting 5. The showerhead was broken and sprayed water to the walls, but that was a slight inconvenience

The rooms are always tidy and hotel’s design is nice. Hotel restaurant Fragment is great and offers tasty homemade wine (must try!). The spa is always clean and warm and there weren’t many people there so it’s comfy and spacious. I particularly enjoyed hammam and sauna this time.

There is no bidet in the bathroom and this was noisy, thee laocation of the hotel is not in middle of old city but its not near to any thing and you have to take taxi for any where

The room was nice and comfortable, I took a family room, the space was great, and it's clean. The stuff was amazing, one point the hotel has to take care of, they should add a bidet in the bathroom for arab visitors and this advice they should take care about

Room was spacious and clean and pool was very good. We got everyday one hour billiards complementary and air hockey as well. Perfect place for the family where your kids can enjoy after the day trip in hotel. Breakfast was good.
