The breakfast is dull, extra charge for cappuccino for example.

The pool, the spa area, the room size, the casino, the view from my room, the staff all waz AMAZING! I would come back for sure.

Some toilet fixtures were broke(toilet shower), breakfast was just ok, internet was very very bad we almost didnt have connection, sometimes you can open social media, sometimes even not, impossible to work. Even though our mobile data was not working in the room so not sure what is the issue with the room or in general, because wifi was working down in the lobby, and mobile data as well

Rooms layout is not great, does not feel like a big room even though we had aroun 36 sq m.

Casino in the property was great. Hotel is brand new and the amenities including the hamam spa were great. The indoor swimming pool is massive.

First and foremost - the staff was super kind and pleasant and helpful, they answered every question and every request in such a nice and pleasant way. The hotel is clean, the rooms are big and every day they cleaned and refreshed our room. The spa and the dining room are pampering and the casino too. I don't have one bad word to say about the hotel - our best choice. Thank you for everything

Our travel was amazing. Bed was clean and comfortable. Our room was on 12th floor and ee haf amazing see view. And we found the location of otel easily.

The lady in the SPA reception (26 March evening & 27 March morning) was lazy, rude, and deceitful. She only cared about leaving work early, which is why she lied that the spa was supposedly open until 10:30 p.m. (although both the hotel reception and the spa's door clearly said that it was open until 11:00 p.m.). She behaved arrogantly and spoiled the impression of visiting a generally good spa. Also, the ventilation in the room made a strange, loud whistling sound, which made the living room not so cozy :/ Some of the lamps did not work, and I didn’t want to fix it in the evening.

New hotel with modern design & facilities. Cozy room with a beautiful view. Mostly good amenities and perfect bath robes on demand. Thanks a lot for Zura on the reception; he is the best person for this position, and management should value him highly.

The casino's min bet is a bit high in terms of price and performance.

The cleanest hotel I have ever seen in my life. It has friendly staff and additional features such as Turkish bath, sauna, gym and pool. Its location is very good.

Interface of the TV is quite difficult to use.

Room was amazing. Full sea view King Executive is the best room . Bed is really comfortable, staff was smileful and very helpful. Foods are delicious, breakfast is very satisfactory and fresh. Thanks all the team.

Everything was perfect from the welcome to the service, cleaning, facilities etc. Best place i have stayed at in Batumi, will definitely be returning. SPA was also superb with hamam, herbal sauna, finnish sauna, steam room etc. Perfect!

Construction worlks in the area, but it didn't bother too much

Beautiful new hotel in a developing area of the city. Good SPA center with all the facilities including swimming pool, jacuzzi, hammam, sauna and massage. I definitely recommend to stay in this hotel.

Missing some rooftop bar, it will be excellent view to Batumi.

This is an excellent hotel, fully corresponding to the Ramada standards. Hotel is located near the beach and Batumi stadium; you can easily reach old city by bus or taxi. Rooms are large and bright, bathroom size and amenities are fine, TV set size is excellent, if you are travelling by car, there is underground parking. Staff is very polite and helpful, well trained. Indoor poll is really heated, with very pleasant water temperature. So, highly recommended.

The people of Batumi seem generally unhappy. At least their faces say so :))

The hotel was very new opened, everything smells like new. The employees are very motivated and caring. The location is very nice. It is a hotel I will choose when I come to Batumi again in the future.
