High end hotel - exceptional design, comfortable bed and sofa. The staff was amazing- especially Alex who helped with every question and was extremely nice. The restaurant in the hotel is exceptional as well with very delicious American and Georgian style dishes. We got a free upgrade to our room which was amazing. Designed to the very last detail. Very pleasant to stay at.

The were not hangers/hooks for towels in the bathroom and near the sink.

Location was great. The room was spacious and well designed. It had good lightning and comfortable beds. Although we did not have a sea view, the big windows looked over beautiful patio.

The staff were perfect: very kind and friendly. They even gave me a cake for my birthday with good wishes, it was unexpected and nice. The internet is very fast — 100 mbit. Very sweet mini park at center of hotel. Amazing location near beach, statue Nino, etc.

Sometimes it might be difficult to find a place to park the car near hotel.

My favorite hotel now ) I will return! I love the comfort of the beds, grown alchemist shampoo, and very effective a/c system. I visited in winter/spring and room heated up fast.

Room towards the street can be a bit noisy.

New stylish boutique hotel, close to the beach and city center. We were in the signature room with sea view which is very spacious and very well designed, reminded me of a James Bond movie. We really enjoyed our stay!

A couplе of tiny little things: shutter holders and additional bathroom towel hooks would be nice. And as of the end of March 2024, the spa zone and terrace are still yet to be opened

Everything was amazing! The location is very close to the beach and there was a wonderful view of the sea from the balcony. The design of the room is excellent and very clean. Food was delicious. The staff is very lovely and welcome to any request ! Especially Gigi and Elene make us feel like at home . Highest recommendation from me.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service . Food was good and service was attentive and efficient. Room was well equipped and comfortable with comfortable bed 😊 and well designed bathroom. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

It's hard task. It's not that I did not like, I would just add movable shower tube.

Staff was most pleasant and eager to make my stay unforgettable. I was upgraded to Signature Room with the Sea View. The design of the room exceeded all my expectations, all the details are thoroughly thought through. Bravo! The breakfast was exceptional, delicious, healthy and making your day! I also had dinner twice in the restaurant and food was delicious as always in the Rooms hotels. Carrot cake desert was something!

Breakfast started at 8am which was too late for us as we had to leave at 7am. Would have been nice if coffee bar opened early with pastries etc. The hotel is brand new so still has things to iron out but we loved it.

We did not have breakfast. Cool hotel, great design. We were upgraded to a fabulous room. Our sons had the room with bunk beds, also really nice and plenty of space. Would stay longer next time. Location right next to the sea in the historic part of town
