The overall experience is worthy of the expensive price. We picked the mountain-view room, which adds on a bit cost but allow you to enjoy the gorgeous view simply from the room, anytime. The big terrace on the ground floor, as well as the interior public space are both great and the drinks and food are nice too. The receptionists are friendly, responsive and helpful.

Paid extra for a mountain view room, though there are mountains on all around so you would probably have a view of mountains from either side of the property. Also the rooms were small for the price.

Everything was great. The only minor detail was the shower which was a bit tricky to use. Other than that, nothing to add!

The design of the hotel was impeccable and the views from the very comfortable room were hard to beat. The wellness centre and pool were also ideal for relaxing after a long day hiking. The food and drinks at the restaurant were delicious and the staff were lovely.

The view from the room over the valley onto the mountain range in front is wonderful. The Gergeti Trinity Church is illuminated at night, and the contrast with the snow covered mountains was unforgettable.

We booked the simplest room for around $200 per night. There was no place to put clothes/panties/etc, no wardrobe, dresser or similar furniture, so we had to keep this stuff in our bags. Small refrigerator (mini bar) is full of alcoholic drinks and there was no place to ours. Also in bathroom there was stylish shower mixer however it was hard to regulate water temperature: 1mm shift changes water from icy to boiling :) I can say that restaurant service is much better during the day at lunch, because in the evening we experienced long waiting for waitresses who were continuously chatting with each other near the bar, and our used plates were never brought out from our table. Also, we've impressed when during being in lobby and observing old books (they are not rare and cost nothing) at shelves we noticed security guy who came to us and was starring at us (I believe he controlled that we don't steal any books from there), it was uncomfortable. But this is common in Georgia when staff in shops follows you to prevent possible theft, just didn't expect this in so expensive hotel.

Ok, I wrote a lot of things in the part "what i don't like", but they are not so important really. We've had a great time being in this wonderful place! Very stylish hotel. Nice views from all windows. Nice smelling soap. Attention to details! Large swimming-pool inside spa with Kazbek views. Gym is inside. Massage service was exceptional. And, in general, staff was so kind and friendly! Few words about restaurant. We were several times there (also after staying in the hotel). Breakfast was the most delicious and various we've try at restaurants! We found even hamonizer (or hamon slicer, not sure what it is called). Lunch restaurant staff was so smiling (comparing to evening's team), thank you guys!

Wonderful hotel in a superb location. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, the staff kind and attentive. The wellness area is well equipped and helps during overcast/snowy days! When we stayed the pool was not accessible unfortunately but I can see how it adds to the charm of the place.

I liked that the swimming pool was open for a long time. Very large hotel area. A cozy veranda where you can take a blanket and enjoy the view of the mountains. Also liked the breakfasts.
