Disappointing restaurant after hearing that the food was so good. Would rate it average.(after three dinners there)

The grounds and buildings were very attractive and well maintained. Comfortable bedroom with small patio and views of the mountains. Staff were pleasant and very helpful. Special kudos to Sandro who helped us arrange for drivers and a transfer. Always pleasant and gracious. Really enjoyed the welcoming glass of wine and the short tour and wine tasting.

Accessibility and lack of facilities. The Spa only has one professional Masseus we booked a massage for 2 and I had my massage done by the lady at the front desk due to that. It was not that but not worth it for the amount paid. Lack of variety at breakfast, it is repetitive. Deli section is all pork, which was inconvenient.

Beautifully located at the top of the mountain, immaculate views all day. Very well mannered staff and accommodating.

It lacked a bit of love to details for the price you pay, like no cushions on the deck chairs at the indoor and outdoor pools and outside lounge areas. The food was good, but also not as great as you would expect from a place like this.

The hotel and the land around it is beautiful. We got an upgrade to a very nice room, with a great view, which was absolutely great. You have an hourly option of having a little your and wine tasting, the wines they make are great! Most of the staff was really nice, too.

The shower was either very old and rusty or just dirty. There is no lift but the staff offers you to help you with your luggage. We felt that the staff was not too friendly with one or two exceptions. No one really looked or talked to us during service.

In general it was a nice hotel with nice facilities and we had a room with a balcony and one of the best views on the valley. The food in the restaurant is also very good and good value for your money. The wine tasting that is included was also very interesting.

Excellent facilities surrounded by vineyards. We stayed in a very spacious villa with two bedrooms, living and dining room and shaded terrace. Very peaceful. We enjoyed very interesting tour of wine production with free tasting of 3 delicious wines. Restaurant was very good. Spa treatments were fantastic. Two nice outdoor swimming pools

Rooms & activities stuff need renovation. The room furniture looks like "back in 2007". Table tennis and billiard are almost unplayable.

Fantastic value for a one night stay half board with wine tasting, massage and wine bath included. Loved it all. Delicious generous dinner, interesting wine tour and delicious wine! The wine bath was a unique experience, truly relaxing. Very comfortable room with beautiful views. Would love to go back for longer.

The tower suite was much bigger than I had anticipated, which meant there was plenty of space during my stay. Although there was some damage left by previous guests, this was quickly addressed by the front of house manager and had no impact on my stay. The complimentary spa treatments were very pleasant, but it is recommended to book in advance before arriving at the hotel. The wine tour and tasting were also professionally conducted. The staff in general were all great and could not have been more helpful. The heated indoor pool was also a lovely area to relax at with a pre-breakfast swim in the morning.

The swimming pool area needs a renovation, especially the showers. And my wine was not very satisfied with the food - shahlik was not good. But my Saperavi meat was great.

The place is very authentic and location is very nice. People are very friendly. Wines are great! Our room was huge with two bathrooms. SPA was amasing !!!
