Quite location away from the road and the crowds, very clean room, nice garden with lots of places to sit and relax. The hostess was very nice and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay and will come back.

One thing is that the sound insulation was poor. We woke up a bit earlier because our neighbours kid was playing loud in the morning. But I think it’s not a problem if you are an early bird :)

The place is clean and cozy. The service is very friendly. We appreciated that we could check in very late. We arrived in the middle of the night and had a warm welcoming.

Note that the accomodation is about 5 km away from the city center and about 800 m up the hill from the highway.

Spacious, very clean and well maintained room close to the Borjomi National Park. Iryna, who currently (September 2022) manages the place, is very friendly and nice. She speaks good English and was very helpfull with information on the area and with cleaning and drying our laundry.

The owner was super friendly and helpful. Very good room with all the facilities you can need. Exceed our expectations. They even have a jakuzzi outside! Very quiet place to spend a night. Nice and cozy atmosphere. Best value of money. Pleasure to stay in this family hotel.

The impression of the swimming pool in photos is that is a big, real one. In reality is very small. Good for kids though

No near by market.

We stayed there for 3 nights. Its small hotel having four or five rooms only. But very clean, rooms are of good size. Nice view from the room no 3 and 4. Staff is really friendly especially admin staff Erena. Owner of the hotel (british lady) is really nice and supportive. One day my daughter was not feeling good and we kept her in hotel and we went out. Owner has taken care of her during the day like her own daughter. Recomending this. One more thing its out of the town and out of hotel no shops are there. So you should take your stuff for eating etc with you.

The location is not very nice if you don't drive, there are no supermarkets or cafes nearby, so you need to go to Borjomi pretty much for anything.

Breakfast was delicious, though the coffee was instant and juice was not very good. But we've really appreciated that it was served to our room :) The room was comfortable and clean, and the terrace was very nice. The hostess was super helpful and spoke good English.

Great and courteous hosts that anticipate and look after your needs. The location is a secluded little hideaway facing the beautiful mountains. Very kid friendly hotel, we were there with three kids under 10. The rooms are spacious, very tastefully and aesthetically appointed and have many little touches that you see in international hotels which is convenient for international travelers. We were fortunate to be there when the owner Tamara was also at the location and she was a lovely host.

The rooms are nice. The lighting is fancy. The hotel os called Serenity for a reason. We drove there at night time, at daytime the surrounding area looks amazing. The suggested horse ride was really good. The horses are next door which makes it just perfect. Special thanks to host Irina. This was our last hotel stay in Georgia after a trip Sighnaghi - Tbilisi- Mzheta-Kutaisi- Batumi-Borjomi and that’s the hotel we would have extended the stay at if we could. It was very difficult to find. Sign posting could be better. The location itself is beautiful though.

Absolutely everything, I wouldn’t imagine a better place to stay. Clean, new, comfortable, rooms are 2 bedrooms, tv with Netflix, kitchen available, breakfast is great. the nature and tranquility around, close to national park and fresh water stream, away from city noises. host is very kind and welcoming. would love to come back. best place to relax.
