I have accommodated lots of time in Orbi towers. In this particular apartment everything was fine. The check in was smooth. The property was clean and tightened. Always a big problem is to find a parking lot near the hotel, but luckily this time we didn’t have such issues.

Horribly unstable WiFi. We spent hours sitting near the door where WiFi worked a bit. At the table or in bed there was no connection. Also, as there is a washing machine, some washing powder would be nice. I washed my clothes with the dishwashing liquid.

Great location, nice room, very simple but that's not an issue. Clean and quiet.

the receptionist was speaking russian even though I was showing that I speak Georgian. we are in Georgia tho🤷🏼‍♀️To me, that was disrespectful.

nobody came for housekeeping and they didn't change the towel or shower stuff like shampoo and soup, I also didn't complain as we went in the morning to the city and came back in the night

Great Location, Great View, will come again soon, the reception served us very fast and handed over the room in a minute, AC was on and the room was cold as I like.

it's a basic serviced room, not a hotel as you might expect, no breakfast or dining facility, and it's quite confusing to get to your room, there are 3 identical towers and within each of which are several "hotels" with several names.

The location is convenient and easy to recognize, the building is new and the view from the 16th floor is nice

It was hard to find the place. The labelling of the houses was confusing, the entrance a bit hidden and the reception for the place located on an upper floor instead of the entrance of the building. While close to the sea it is a bit far away from main tourist areas and great restaurants.

The rooms were solid, as described, clean and quite comfy. They had a great view onto the sea which was only a few minutes away on foot. They are located in a newly built modern building with an elevator.

Overlay mattresses were missing, meaning that the beds were really hard and uncomfortable.

Clean, new, and well planned. Nice shower. Wonderful view over the sea.

Sometimes we saw coachroaches in the bathroom. Season price (from May to September) is expensive. Weak wi-fi due to plenty of IT specialists are there.

There is a big studio with breathtaking view and all facilities you need. Staff is more than helpful. There is a free parking place exactly nearby. Not far to the Old City and in 50m from the sea.

There was the construction site nearby, but it was not bother me at all. So nothing is complain here - it was a perfect stay.

It was very nice experience to stay here, so I doubled my stay here - it is the right choice if you you want to stay at first line at Batumi. The studio is not big, but comfy and clean with all basic appliances. There was a nice view from the balcony to the sea.

We extended our stay because we really enjoy the place, location for us was ideal. Just across the beach. lots of restaurants and shops few meters behind the property. Very convenient. Also the staff were really nice. Thank you Aysu and Natalia!!

The room had very strong smell- someone was frying fish there for days. it was nearly impossible to stay there. tv remote was missing and admin said that it was stolen by someone. however it was not replaced.
