Honestly, everything was perfect. Can't complain at all. The only drawback is you can hear almost everything the people in the next room are saying if they are loud enough. We had the place to ourselves for a whole day though and they only came at night when we were leaving the next day. Didn't really bother us at all. The window with the view was broken, but it didn't affect the view itself. And honestly, it is the fault of tenants before us who broke it. I've uploaded a picture for reference.

This place is exceptional. It is exactly like the pictures. Absolutely no unpleasant surprises at all. From the hospitality, kindness, and helpfulness of the host to the cleanliness (which I cannot emphasize enough) and modern look to the place... just amazing. The host helped us with everything we needed without blinking an eyelash. She was sweet and even gave us restaurant recommendations. We opted to have breakfast 1 day out of the 2 we stayed there. It was simple, humble, yet delicious. Her omlette is good. What we loved the most about the place is how CLEAN it was, the SPECTACULAR snow-capped (we visited in April) mountain view you get from the window with the beanbags (cows walked right past while we were sipping homemade hot chocolate that we made using the microwave and store bought ingredients), and the comfiness and spaciousness. The heaters worked wonderfully. The room was always toasty. There was plenty of hot water whenever we needed it. We felt like we needed extra covers. Lo and behold, we opened the sofa bed and there was a plethora of extra towels, bed covers, pillows, sheets, etc. All wonderfully clean. We only used an extra duvet though. Overall, it was an extraordinary stay. If I could, I would rate it 20/10!!

I couldn’t find any drawbacks.

Absolutely, every single detail was perfect. When we were arriving, the great storm was in the mountains. There was an electricity collapse in the whole village. We stayed in the dark for at least 2 h. But we were lucky because the generous host awaited us and prepared the apartment for our visit. It was warm enough inside. The host is extremely hospitable. She cared about us all the time. As for the apartment: they are totally the same as in the pictures.

It was an absolutely amazing experience to spend time there 😍 Obviously owner Lela is the best owner I ever met. She helped us with everything: transfers, morning coffee, grocery delivery, bonfire and firewood etc. There was extremely beautiful views from every window on every side of the house.😍 There was many puppies and cats on the front yard. Lela has very comfortable, modern, cozy and warm house (it’s divided into 2 separate apartments) with terrace. It’s located at quiet place called Sioni near by Sakhidari National park. You can take a hike from Sioni to Juta, to Kazbegi, to Truso valley etc We really loved it😍😍😍 We will definitely come again 😍

Everything was perfect.

If you need a magical and peaceful experience in the mountains, this place is for you. With excellent hosting, they have thought about everything, including your comfort and an aesthetic environment. The only thing you need to do is relax. Best atmosphere to relax and recharge. The hosts are super friendly and kind; they helped us with everything and answered all our questions. The air is so clean and refreshing. The house was stunning, super clean, and fully equipped. Everything was perfect.
