Delightful Stay, it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Well-maintained building and public areas. The room was clean and comfortable. What truly set this hotel apart was the staff's exceptional service. They were kind and helpful whit proactive approach to guest service. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a enjoyable hotel experience.

Annoying that you have to pay for the sauna... ok I understand it's takes money and energy to heat it however what's a little bit annoying is that each person who goes in the sauna has to pay the same fee and that doesn't quite stack up

It's not directly in the city centre - so you can't walk to tourist attractions- but it's close by taxi or public transport and right next to a beautiful park.

Great stay at this boutique hotel. Super friendly and helpful staff and reception made us feel very welcome. Nice property, very clean and comfortable rooms and very quiet. Although this hotel isn't in the centre - the major benefit is it's very quiet and very good value for money - and it's only a 10 min trip to the tourist areas, but you have no hassles. Most hotels right in the centre have noise issues. We looked at several hotels in the centre but none came close. Definitely recommend this hotel.

As soon as I booked this hotel at short notice lovely gentleman rang me to see if I needed any assistance in arriving here etc. Was made to feel so welcome & all staff spoke good English to me throughoutmy stay...the service & hotel is wonderful & very professional. I stayed in a luxurious double room with a hottub in the bathroom. I felt so welcome & relaxed. It was just what I needed after travelling long distances. Breakfast was superb too. I would love to return here 1 day & would definitely stay for longer. Thank you.

Very good hotel. Best area of the city near bus station. Not the old city but 3 minutes walking from the most beautiful park in the city. Very clean and comfortable. Quiet. There is also small pool and gym inside.

Everything was exceptional. The breakfast service was wonderful. We could never eat everything that was served to our table. Everything was clean, clean, clean. Room was luxurious, roomy, comfortable.

The mattress was a bit soft and pillow too big for us but this is personal. Our schedule didn’t match with the time opening for the pool so we couldn’t get there.

The hotel was clean and the staff very very attentive asking so many questions… the location is okay for our stay and looks safe. Quiet and pleasant. We didn’t take the breakfast.

Antislippery measures in the swimming pool to ensure more save walking out of the swimming pool without accidents. Bed might cause blue brooses as far as it is made of monumental metall, but it looks really great. There should be provided 2 types of pillows. the ones which were present in the bed room were too big for us.

Super freindly and caring personal, great friendly property owner. Great opportunities, which hotel propose in addition to staying in the room: welcome georgian wine, city guidance, tickets for public transportaion, city maps and other necessary things, which might be very useful if you travel to Tbilisi at first time. Furniture and whole maintenance of the room is excellent. Thank you for great value and respect towards the guests

David (the manager) is the most client-oriented person, I've ever met. He has met me personally, providied with all information and supplies i needed, gave some personal advises regarding living and building a business in Georgia and made a very good overall impression.

Nice and friendly environment. We came to Tbilisi to visit the embassy, came in late and only stayed one night. It was nice to find out that there is a kitchen available where I could prepare some simple meal for my kids at night. We were allowed to stay 2 additional hours to get some rest after the visit of the embassy. Next time we will definitely stay here and will try the pool.
