While I was generally satisfied with my stay, the parking situation, though safe, felt uncomfortable due to its proximity. However, I acknowledge this might be a constraint of the mountainous locale. Overall, everything else exceeded my expectations

Starting with the staff, I must commend Lika(I think thats her name) at the counter for her exceptional assistance. She was consistently attentive to any queries, and her helpful demeanor was truly appreciated. Additionally, the receptionist, whose name escapes me, was also commendable for his assistance with luggage. The highlight of the stay undoubtedly was the breathtaking views. Waking up to such mesmerizing scenery, especially from the balcony, made each morning truly special. As someone accustomed to the splendor of Dubai, my expectations were high, and I'm delighted to say they were exceeded. The hotel's proximity to downtown was convenient, although accessing it on foot might pose a slight challenge due to the elevated location. However, this elevation is precisely what affords the panoramic view of the entire valley, making it worth the trek. Being a newer hotel, the amenities were impressive. As a Muslim, the presence of a bidet was a welcome relief, and the consistently hot water in the shower was a bonus. Overall, it was a delightful stay, and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a scenic retreat

I didn't like few staff, very rude , they didn't allow me to eat food from their own restaurant to eat in my room as I was not feeling well to go to their restaurant .

Rooms were a bit too small, breakfast quality varied. We were almost only guests for a while and the a la cart wasn’t do great. Also safe was not operational and the staff didn’t know how to make it work.

Probably the main flaw of the hotel - extortionate prices at the restaurant (14 GEL for a beer is very high for Georgia) Also some minor things in rooms - nowhere to hang coats, no hangers for clothes

The best hotel in Kazbegi, if not in Georgia (and we stayed in many). The rooms are big, clean and extra comfortable. The views are fantastic, no matter the room you book. Excellent restaurant on the spot. Fabulous SPA and heated (like really heated) pool and amazing breakfast with great quality food. But most importantly, a fantastic staff, especially Kamil at the reception, who helped us in difficult times. Thank you to all the Step Inn team for your kindness, we will be back for sure. ❤️❤️❤️

Size of the room

The stay was quite comfortable. The hotel is a cute little place with a very good view of the town. The staff is very friendly, always smiling and happy to help :) The bathroom was very were well equipped, quite big. I was given the big room on the property but I expected it to be more spacious. Other than that, the hotel stay was a delight.
