Preparing work for the summer season is ongoing, but it wasn't noisy and didn't bother me at all. I just noticed that some rooms were not ready for guest accommodation. The hot water was off, and I probably needed to contact the reception to have it turned on, but I wasn't aware of this. Despite these minor issues, my overall stay was comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The neighborhood was not as great as the hotel. There were many ongoing constructions in the surrounding area.

The hotel appears to be brand new. Everything felt fresh and barely used. I booked during the low season, and the price was great. I imagine the summer rates will be much higher. The receptionists were exceptionally welcoming and polite, which I really appreciated. Moreover, I received a complimentary upgrade, making my stay even better than I expected. I could the see sea-side from my balcony The room was comfortable and well-equipped, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning.

Location was developing in future it will be a good location. Surrounding area is not that good. Even room sizes are bit small in 2 bed apartment. You feel very congested when walking around kitchen & living. Also, bed size is small but condition of the room is excellent. Still some work is going on in the hotel.

The hotel is under construction, thus it was not clear enough in common areas. Staff not very professional and at the apartments nothing but two small bottles of water was offered.

During my stay there was a power cut twice, lasted for 15 to 20 minutes.Everything in the room went dark. Internet tho was still working. I have been informed by the hotel that it is from outside problem and is not the usual.

My stay was in April and I found the hotel price very convenient. The location of the hotel is near the airport and most of the important attractions of the city. The hotel staff were very kind and they allowed me for late check out without pay. Thanks to Nika, Zaza and othe nice reception employees who assisted me during the stay. Thanks also to the sweet girl who served us the coffee during breakfast she was very welcoming, polite and nice. The hotel room space was spacious and the room was very clean.

the hotel is new and it’s a bit too obvious, needs some fixes: the heating didn’t properly work, the bathroom was tiny so you almost had to be seated on the toilet seat to open the door, shower was built wrong as water wasn’t leaving

The staff is helpful and attentive. The interior overall is modern and outstanding. The rooms are neat and minimalistic. Although it is a bit far from the city center, it is close to the airport, beach, and shopping center.

- Rooms are not so spacious as on photos. A kitchen cupboard and a dinning table are so close to each other so you cannot open the cupboard - No sea, or city, or park view - There is no arranged parking. Several free places along the road for the 27-floor building - They are pet friendly but they charged 100 GEL for a 3-kilo dog - the same price as for a guest - the highest price I ever met - No slippers, no robes, no toothbrushes, only shower gel and shampoo - Poor Wi-Fi coverage: there was no internet in my bedroom
