It was quite cold in the room, when we arrived.

Nice rooms with a beautiful view, comfortable bed and everything very clean. The owner gave us some good recommendations for our stay in Telavi, helped us with our questions and even gave us a ride to the bus station, when he didn't reach a taxi driver for us. We already enjoyed the chacha he gave us as a present, thank you for that!

I recently stayed at a charming guest house Sunset in Telavi and had a delightful experience. Every aspect of my stay was perfect, from the excellent location to the immaculately clean room. The bathroom was well-equipped with all necessary amenities, and the hot water supply was consistently superb, which enhanced my comfort. Above all, the host's hospitality was exceptional. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, making my stay both comfortable and memorable. The guest house itself is a real gem in Telavi - it's clean, comfortable, and has everything you need. I was lucky enough to stay at this wonderful guest house and I can't recommend it enough! If you're planning a visit to this beautiful city, I highly recommend staying here. Not only will you feel right at home, but you'll also experience the genuine hospitality that Georgia is famous for.

Really good value guesthouse with clean, spacious rooms and balconies with amazing views of the mountains. There is a kitchen you can use and a washing machine too. The owners are very friendly and helpful.

I wasn't sure when or how to pay and the checkout took a little longer because of this. However, it wasn't a big problem. I think the tables in the shared kitchen could be divided up better so that there is more space if the rooms are quite full. We cooked our own breakfast but the four seater table was taken up by other guests (who had breakfast provided) so it was awkward to eat and cook in this space.

The location is a little out of town but the views are absolutely brilliant. The room was super clean and really comfortable. The bathroom was a great size. The property is absolutely lovely and I would highly recommend. The hosts were very responsive and fixed my air conditioning really quickly.

It was a little chilly at first on an October evening but the aircon soon warmed the room.

We were able to park right outside the hotel door and had easy access to the town and restaurant nearby. Excellent mountain view from the room. Hot water is available in the kitchen area for coffee making and Giorgi the host lives on site and is always available with a phone call.

Just the bad smell in the bathroom (I think it came from the sewage system)

Wonderful view from the balcony of the 2nd floor down to the plain and to the Caucasus mountains. Reserve the room with the balcony! Good and big breakfast. Very kind owner. 10 till 15 minutes walking to the city centre.

But it was very very cold. We turned on the AC to help heat the room, but even in the morning it was still showing that room temperature was only +14°.

It was a modern hotel with a good room, located close to the city center.
