Just be careful about bringing too much luggage as there's no elevator. It's just 3 floors, so it shouldn't be much of a problem to take a few.

Awesome service by the staff, free tea/coffee and a kitchen to use at any time. Great views from the balcony/dining area. The receptionist was very welcoming and nice.

We had a fantastic stay at Sunshine Kazbegi! The rooms are clean and new, but still have a cozy feel. The balcony view is breathtaking. The bathroom is heated which is a nice touch in the cold nights. But the best part was the service from the staff! Tako was so sweet and helpful with everything we needed, we really appreciated all her help and advice. We would def recommend staying here, it's a great value for the price.

The noise coming through the ceiling from the people upstairs, I think all the floors were very thin and squeaky. we could literally hear every footstep.

Rooms are great. Just a suggestion for improvement, it's better to separate the terrace with some walls.

No elevator - we had to carry our bags up two flights of stairs that were very tight.

The hostess, Sophia, was absolutely lovely and incredibly welcoming. They have unlimited tea and coffee and the hotel has the most amazing atmosphere. Sophia also helped guide us to the best restaurants, activities, and got us a very nice driver to take us around. We’re definitely going back the next time we go to Kazbegi.

No house cleaning, therefore no refill of toilet paper, photo make it seem nicer and more central that what it actually, not so well sound proofed between rooms

The isolation between the floors was good but not perfect. Some noises of walking on the upper floor were noticed in our room in the lower floor. Not too disturbing unless you are very sensitive and sleep very light.

The location....you need to do a 15 min steep walk from the city centre.

The view from the room, the free unlimited tea and coffee, access to the kitchen, the restaurant area and the view of Girgeti church. Special mention to Sophia (manager), she is really helpful...we even kept our bags with her safely for one full day.
