How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

There was no window.
We enjoyed our stay in Tatin. Perfect location, in the heart of historic town. Apartment was very clean. Comfortable bed, ideal for couple. Highly recommend.

The location of the hotel is ideal, next to Svetitskhovli Church. The room was very clean, comfortable, with a jacuzzi and a veranda. On the first floor is the cutest cafe with an amazing interior. The staff is very attentive and kind. I highly recommend this place

The room was really small, smaller than it looked in the photos. Also, everything was closed in the morning, couldn't get breakfast or check out before 10am which is a little incovenient in Autumn when you need to start early if you don't want to drive in the night
The location was amazing, our balcony was overlooking the cathedral. The whole design was very cute, the cafe as well.

Since the rooms are in the attic, they are low. But even though I‘m very tall it didn‘t bother me too much.
The location is simply perfect and the café was very beautiful. We had wonderful food in the evening, the owner even played a few songs on the piano for us.

We paid for the rooms when we arrived at lunchtime. We were leaving at 9 the next morning and this town rises late - cafes don't open till at least 10am, so we didn't see our (perfectly welcoming) host again. This was fine for us as we wanted comfortable central rooms and we absolutely got these. If we'd have known that everything would be shut in the morning we'd have bought breakfast the night before.
Amazing location overlooking the cathedral, this is a quaint, chintz and lace little cafe with two guest rooms created out of the attic above, accessed via a spiral staircase. Both rooms were comfortable, the cheaper one a little cramped (by the sloping ceilings) but perfectly acceptable. Good air con too.

Would be great if there was a possibility to make a coffee in the room. The room has no windows.
Located in a very quiet area. The staff were great! The room has a cute interior, very clean and comfortable, a bit small, but great for 1 or 2 nights. You have to try the food in the restaurant below.

Tatin Mtskheta is a small hitten gem in Mtskheta. The host we very kind and helpful and the place and cafe is lovely. Our room had a balcony where we could sit and enjoy the beautiful view and surroundings in the evening.

The location is right at the heart of old Mtskheta and provides a peaceful oasis with all the calm and comfort you need if you're looking for a break. Our room was cozy and clean with a nicely renovated bathroom. The café itself was cute and picturesque, with a lovely staff who went above and beyond to accommodate us so we'd feel at home. The staff's caring approach toward the neighbourhood cats and dogs added an extra special touch and all in all it just felt like we were all part of one big extended family.

We had a fantastic stay here! The apartment is tastefully furnished and the views of both churches from the balcony is really memorable. The location is perfect - right in the centre of the old town and the café underneath is great for breakfast or an afternoon coffee. Host communication was perfect - they really went above and beyond to ensure that we had a good stay. Highly recommend!
