Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

GeorgiaIt must have been awesome when it was new. But now it would be nice to refresh the furniture, and especiallly, replace the pillows that are not in good condition. And there were no soap, dish detergent and sponges, napkins, slippers and so on. You have to obtain these on your own.
Greate location. Next to the Crystal ski lift. This ski trail is suitable for the beginners and has evening skiing. There is also ski rink nearby. And the Nikora chain supermarket is not far as well. Greate place, with mountains, forest, buautiful hotels around, especially with night illumination. The appartement is warm, quite spacious and equipped. All equipment was functioning.

GeorgiaWe stayed for 10 days and couldn’t get enough of it. Light, airy and very spacious...very welcoming atmosphere, comfortable, a home like feeling, everything is thought through, well equipped with all essentials. The host is a nicest person, friendly and extremely helpful. The location of the apartment is great, right next to the Cristal Cabel car. I have no hesitation in recommending this beautiful apartment to the tourists who want to go to Bakuriani to relax and have fun. Definitely going back to this place next year!!!

GeorgiaA host was super friendly. It was a great value place to stay and we will be using it again. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Bed really comfortable, kitchen has all the basics, surprisingly big bathroom and a pretty big balcony. Many thanks to the host for the great experience.

My experience at Room 25 in Tatra K2 was absolutely perfect. My host was extremely responsive - often responding immediately to any question or request I had. He went above and beyond in my opinion and I would recommend staying here to anyone considering it for the host alone. On top of a great host, the apartment was a comfortable size, the kitchen had all the basics, the wifi was fast, everything was clean and it was all around a great month I spent in the apartment. A great apartment to work remotely from. It is also extremely close to the lift - about 100 meters!

RussiaTerrible bed linen. Broken dirty sofa. The bed mattress is terribly uncomfortable. Only two chairs despite the fact that the room is for four. Dirty, poorly cleaned floor. There is no microwave. They never gave me the key to the box for storing sports equipment.

RussiaOnly one key for three adults is not enough. There is no reception and the administrator is available from around 10 to 7 p.m. The shower was broken when we checked in, but it was fixed the next day. The bed linen was less than average and there were a lot of other people hair
Spacious apartment with separate room, good for three people. Quite location, close to the supermarket and 5 min to the Crystal ski lift. Quick administration reaction to the problem occured.

RussiaKitchen is not fully equipped, there’s no microwave to heat up your food. Frying pan is in bad condition, so the only cooking option you’ve left with is a pot. There were no dispensibles when I checked in: no dish soap, no rags or sponges, not even a toilet paper. Furniture is beaten and damaged at places, and also not enough of it: there’s a bar stand, but no chairs to sit behind, no dining table, eating on the coffee table is not much comfortable. Bed linen is synthetic and generates so much static, that I got an electric shock then touched my phone while charging, and the charger died - electric outlets might not be grounded properly. On the day before checkout tap water went off and never turned back on, had to buy water in supermarket to wash and cook.
Great location: Crystal chairlift is at couple of minutes, Didveli chairlift is also not too far. Modern building, apartment is roomy and warm.
