Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

RussiaLocation is a bit remote from the city centre and there is not much to do around the hotel itself, so usually you kinda have to take taxi. Restaurant downstairs could have better menu and faster service, but it's on par with other hotel restaurants.
Very good hotel, everything there is decent and in great condition. Rooms are quite spacious and facilities are top notch. Quite good value for the price you are paying.

RussiaRooms on the sunny side are a little hot in summer (but have air conditioning).
My wife and I stayed at the hotel for 1 night. At the reception we were met by 3 wonderful, helpful and friendly girls: Mariam, Ani and Magda. They speak several languages. The girls explained in detail all the hotel services and quickly checked us into our room. Thank them so much for everything! :) The hotel is modern and beautiful. The room even has an ironing board and iron. Breakfast is good.

GeorgiaFirst thing first, can't mention how nice the service was, huge thanks to amazing team, including reception, room service and the barman. Achi and Salome at the reception were super. Room was decent, clean, cozy and stylish. All the amenities were good quality and room service was on point 👌. Location was also a good plus, in the middle of a city center, literaly next to anything you might be interested about in tbilisi. Overall experience was great and would recommend to everyone trying out this hotel if they plan to visit Tbilisi.

IndiaFood options are less at the property. Breakfast was just for the sake, few options. Property is good but facilities not much. Our room ac was not working when we checked in at night. Complained about it and took a bit of back and forth check to get our rooms changed. There were only two staff members at the hotel. The hotel is good but doesn’t give the brand feel in terms of staff or facilities, the room size and amenities are good. Hotel is little away from main city
