Water leaked on balcony and drops falling right on my head while sitting in armchair. Lighting on balcony was not working.

Breakfast is not really good, we have visited during the winter and low budget limited breakfast. They charge extra for kids more than 6 yrs. Old building with compare to other buildings around.

Facilities are good. Cost is cheaper with considering other 5 start hotels around in winter.

They had construction in the yard, we could not use the outdoor pool, actually, it was so cold, so the construction made no change. The room was cold at the entrance. They do not accept early check in, you have to pay for a whole day 😭 Extra charge for laundry and ironing They charge 100 Larry for pickup, Taxi takes only 6 Larry!

Everything is great. Breakfast is very good, they charge for every single change! They will clean your room each time you say, even more than a day. The sauna, gym and pool are awesome, clean and warm

Very good location. Amazing sea view from a balcony. Food on breakfast was ok. Super friendly stuff! We arrived early in the morning, the night shift leader Irakli was very professional and helped us with earlier check-in and gave us very good advices about travelling in Georgia! 🙂👍

Nice hotel, relatively new, staff attentive, stunning sea view from the room. One day I came back at midnight the reception and lobby bar were not manned at all, I waited for about 10 minutes until someone appeared. It is a security matter. Anyone could walk right into the hotel and go to the guest floors (there is no access control with the room key cards in the lift). The selection for breakfast is rich, but the coffee is of poor quality and cold. The breakfast costs 20 Euro and is highly overcharged (despite the rich selection) The room description mentions a mini-bar in the room. However, there is an empty fridge only. When I mentioned to the reception that the minibar was empty they told me that the fridge is the minibar and they do not fill it. The English channels on the TV set are not working at all. Be aware that although room prices are shown in Euro on Booking.com, there is a small letter comment that it is paid in local currency. The exchange rate applied when you check out is not the market rate (as in the exchange boots) but an inflated one created by the hotel increasing the room price by 10-15%.

- The View - Safety Precaution, especially during breakfast where the chefs would serve you for your safety - The staff. They helped us print our PCR tests for traveling - The location. Just step out from the hotel and you’ll find yourself by the pier and the beach. Even you continue till the end of the pier, you’ll find Ali and Ninos statue. There’s a lot of restaurants, cafes and souvenir shops nearby. - One of the few hotels outside Middle East that have hand sprays in their bathrooms.

The spa only opened at 10.00 am, so the sauna did not work when we had some exercises. It might be worth opening the facility a little bit earlier, let say about 8:00 am

The hotel staff were excellent and helpful, the hotel facilities were great, the pool is fantastic, the sea is very close to the hotel, and the bar at sea had a fantastic location. The location of the hotel is good, and the breakfast was great.
