We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

HungaryWe didn't meet the cleaning ladies during the 6 days. There was not any rack to hang on our bag/hat/shirt (or wet clothes), and there was not even any shelf in the wardrobe. But the most frustrating was the breakfast: every day was the same on our tray. I really missed the gorgeous georgian fruits and vegetable!
Clean room and very nice bathroom, with fresh towels. Really enjoyed the huge television, which was full of turkish channels. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked very correct. The hotel was very close to Batumi Airport, but the planes were not loud at all.

The room is very quiet and you can hear the sound of the waves. The location is not in the center, but with a cheap taxi, this is even a plus. near a beautiful promenade for walking. The breakfast is simple but delicious. Best for this price

LithuaniaThe hotel is 1 floor of an apartment complex with reception situated at the 13th floor. It wasn’t really intuitive how to get there. First you need to go to the security room, then they take you to the building entrance and open elevator for you which is accessible only with a room card. The sound insulation is non existent in the room. The receptionist was watching some videos during the night and we could distinguish words in the video. In the morning there was a lot of drilling sound as the building is still being finished. To get to the breakfast you need to get outside of the building and go to another entrance. Breakfast is served on a single tray and you can’t change the contents of it (the contents are ok though if you’re not too picky). No coffee at the breakfast (only the instant coffee).
View was great. Location is ok if you travel with a car or taxi. Very close to the sea. Bed was great with stiff but comfortable mattress. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast content was ok. Very cozy balcony with sea, sunset and airport view. Room was warm but heating is with the AC.

Saudi ArabiaWe booked 2 twin sea view rooms of the same type, and one of them was much bigger than the other one, and had extra chairs and bigger TV, and non slippery floors. So, we felt like we weren't getting our money's worth with one of the rooms. Also the bed frames have pointy edges, and one of the rooms had slippery floor if not completely dry. I slipped and hit my knee on the bed frame corner, I will be going to visit a hospital soon to make the proper checkups on it. Also, there is no clear reception lobby for the hotel, or a sign for the hotel. we were looking for the entrance when someone from the hotel restaurant saw us and showed us the way and he had to open the doors for us and take us to the 13th floor, because only authorized key holders can do it. I just wish it would have been more easily accessible.
The room had an amazing view. It had a very good Air conditioner. The bathroom was good and clean. the hotel has a good security system that requires the use of cards to get into or out of the hotel facilities. also you could see airplanes take off and land from/on the airport.

The staff were supportive and friendly. Cards are used to access the building and elevator.
