Strange mix of the condition of things. Beautiful new bathroom but chairs missing screws. Chairs but not table on the balcony. Coffee and tea but not cups. Excellent bed but scratched wall paint. Not very consistent in quality but nothing major and the owners were more than happy to provide things by request. A bit overpriced, but not expensive. The pool and bar/restaurant were closed out of season (the end of September even).

It was quite chilly in our room, so we had to use the air conditioning as a heater:) As there were few guests at the hotel, that’s why there was not a buffet unfortunately. But we were offered a personalised breakfast (quiet tasty though).

Spent a weekend with my wife in this cosy hotel. Just half an hour by taxi from Tbilisi - and you’ll find yourself in a quiet village with clean air and rustic atmosphere. The hotel has quite comfortable rooms, nice well-maintained territory. There is an outdoor pool, but we were here in the middle of September, it was already quite chilly to swim. We booked here two nice dinners (there are Georgian and Italian dishes). Next to the hotel there are a supermarket, a pharmacy and a small park. Also there is Udzo monastery (half an hour walk from the hotel), from there you have a beautiful view of the mountains and Tbilisi.

Nothing! Just note that not all rooms have balconies, check that the room you select states - with balcony, if you want one (they'll only small but nice to sit on).

Breakfast was included, eggs, bread, salad. Nothing flash but sufficient to refuel at the start of the day. Evening meal cost extra according to what you choose off the menu. Location was great, less than an hour from Tbilisi, in the hills and short hiking trails in the area. The swimming pool was open and much appreciated. A great place to cool off after a hike or just a place to catch some rays (not heated yet once you're in it's fine).

Very flimsy power outlets, my charger was falling out all the time. Loud fridge (or rather it's loud during a cooling cycle start) - I had to turn it off for the night as it was waking me up. Some light in the corridor was shining into my room. During April there are no restaurants/cafes either in hotel or Kojori at al. But there are two supermarkets to buy food. Breakfast was the almost the same every day and served on a cold plate in a cold room.

I booked 3 days in April for hiking and it was great. There are 5+ trails available: - Azeula fortress (8km round trip), - Ghoubani (11.2 km round trip), - Udzo - Turtle Lake - Tbilisi (12 km one way), - Azureti (~10 km one way), - Kiketi (11 km one way). Routes are very clearly indicated. I was choosing between this hotel and Bioli, and for trekking this is a way better starting point. Surprisingly good mattress and pillows. Very quiet but as I was the only (?) guest and it's a low season that's more or less expected. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast and you can choose the time for it. Good AC, the temp I set is exactly the temp I got. Bathrobe, slippers and all toiletries were available.

* there was a problem with the hot water in the shower for more than 10h * if you want to hike it takes some time to reach nice hiking paths (or you take the bus) * in the description of my room it said, that the room had a washing machine and kitchenette but both were not available for my room * the ceiling walls are really thin, so my upstairs neighbor unfortunately made a lot of noise in the middle of the night and woke me up

it takes time and patience to get extra services on time - be it breakfast, dinner or cleaning of the room. the pool was promised to be opened on 3rd day of our staying but was opened 1 day before we left (8th day out of 9 in total)

The "cottages" are not real cottages - at least not what you would expect from the actual term. They are bungalow type buildings which have a fireplace but are in general quite run down and not worth it. The kitchen didn't offer too much food (especially for vegetarians) and was, by comparison, very overpriced.

We booked a "cottage" (see comment below) but were able to change to a proper hotel room after it didn't meet our standards. The hotel rooms are beautiful and well worth staying in.

The number of the staff was not sufficient probably, due to the pandemic situation. There was also some problem with the water supply, which was solved in a short period of time.

The hotel interior and the garden with a little playground is lovely. Staff is helpful and friendly. Next to the hotel there is a park where you can take kids. Food is modest but delicious.

It was the worst experience ever! I arrived after my booking was confirmed, called the manager and they did not even know I had booked a room!! the manager never called back to let us know what could we do. after that call I received massage on booking from this hotel saying that they had water system problems and couldn't host us. They didn't even open gates so that we could enter their place and get some more information. I travelled from Tbilisi to Kojori, spent my time and money for such an awful service!!!
