We stayed here for three nights March 8 - 11 to skiing at Didveli. We chose it because of the position which is close to the road to Didveli and at the same time is close to 2 good restaurants Mimino and Sazadani, also there is a ski rent nearby with cheaper prices when at Didveli. To get to Didveli and back we took taxi. The room exceeded out expectations, it was warm, clean and spacious with soft and comfortable beds. The bathroom was clean and spacious too with a shower with hot water. TV set is able to read flash drive and play moovies that was important for us.

Huge piece of dust under the fridge. Zero working bedside lamps. 1 set of slippers and 2 bathrobes? Parking and sidewalk covered with ice so it's nearly impossible to stay on two legs. Price doesn't suit the quality.

Hotel located near the city center of Bakuriani. Also there are a lot of restaurants around. Breakfast included.

Advertised and understood that there is no self catering so no problem there, but there is a small fridge, kettle and hairdryer in each room.

Largee than average rooms, comfortable beds with luxurious linnen. The receptionist Mariam was an absolute star, arranging early check in and late check out with baggage storage. Close proximity to lots of restaurants, 25 Ski park just around the corner. CBD and Spar within walking distance. Could walk to Ski park with ski boots on which was a bonus.

The only things that were not good are cleanliness and bed sheets. Would be also nice if we could regulate the room temperature, because it was too dry there, my throat dried out and also the static charge from the bed sheets was messing with my devices, wireless chargers. The lightnings were nice tho

When I was booking, I didn’t know about the location of the slopes, and this was a very pleasant surprise, that the 25 slopes were just behind the corner. The breakfast was fine, everyday something new. For the dinner there are couple of places available, tho we were visiting Sazandari. A place to check out! The view from my room was gorgeous, especially when it started to snow, it was beyond the amazing.

Breakfast option was not clearly available at the time of booking and upon arrival seemed like wasn't there at all. Not a major issue coz there was a restaurant in the hotel itself.

The Place was just right next to the main SKI Lifts, which was great and the main reason for us to booking with them. We booked a spacious family room and it had great views too.

the cleaning isn’t that much . there is a lot of hairs in the beds and they are not changing the Bed sheets when they are doing the daily clean

The hotel room did not had any cups or mugs. The room for 3 guests did not had any cover or curtains for the windows due to which it was very bright and we were unable to sleep.

The halal restaurant was just in the hotel which was very convenient. The hotel was clean and had elevator. The rooms were big and clean.

We stayed in the three bedrooms family suite. One of the bedroom had a big attic window over the bed which had lovely view in the morning. Other bedroom had a balcony with a view. The location is good. The breakfast was not so elaborated but it was sufficient for us. We tried their restaurant Ushba as well.

Fantastic stay. Modern hotel -great facilities. Easy walking distance to ski lifts and equipment hire. Very comfortable and warm. Staff are very friendly. Highly recommend this hotel.

The beds were not cleaned properly as it was riddled with hair and dust. Broke a drinking cup and was charged a crazy amount of 20GEL. Parking spots of the hotel were up to knee-high in snow, they could have at least made an effort to clear it as cars couldn't get in or out properly.

Professional Staff, Nice Hotel. The breakfast was good, not great. Easy access to attractions outside as it's just 5 minutes walking distance. Nicely designed rooms and Great for a weekend stay. Kids play area outside as well as inside.

The staff were wonderful. The manager has always a smile on her face, polite, patient and really friendly. This is a second home for who ever wants to spend a really great and sublime time near the ski slope in bakuriani. The rooms are spacious, clean, and really warm. I definitely recommend this place. 🥰

Hotel is good place to stay with , clean and near from all activities that u need it and have beautiful view on mountain 👍🏻 If u came to bakuriani for sure u want the beautiful views , but is that a pleasant that u will see the mountain and snow out side the the hotel , and when u enter the hotel u will see a beautiful maryam You will ask who is she maryam ! WIFI is not working in the rooms, only in ground floor. The breakfast options are so limited. The hotel restaurant service is so slow.

It wasn’t clean enough, but its value for this money.

The girl on the reception is super friendly and polite. Breakfast is good for 2 days, not longer. No coffee machine. Location was ok. You need 10 min driving to the Crystal slope which I suggest for the kids. Good food in the area, nothing else to see

Breakfast is served at 10:00 AM, which is way too late. We asked them to do it earlier, but they wouldn't. The rooms were only cleaned once during our three nights there. There wasn't enough shower gel and toilet paper, so we had to ask for more.

The hotel is near the "25-slope ski park". This park has some nice restaurants and kid-friendly attractions. Breakfast was good and included things for adults and kids. The rooms are big and clean.

In the first floor there is a restaurant, as a result whole the hotel has smell of food, not noticeable in the room but at corridor indeed. Morover it felt like an old hotel that havn't renovated long time, and should be.

We had chosen the hotel due to his location near the ski M25 (for beginners and kids). The reception was very kind and our check in was earlier.

No sitting area where the entire family could sit. The shower leaked and we got no floor towels, just a reusable mat. The hand held shower head sprayed to the sides. No tea, coffee or water bottles in the room. Bed wasn’t the cleanest, we all had hair (that obviously wasn’t ours) in the bed sheets. We chose this room specifically to get a safe ( as promised in the listing) got to the room and it had no safe, went to the reception to request one, the staff was nice enough to put one in our room but it obviously wasn’t screwed to anything just placed on a desk in the room, so was pointless as someone could just take the entire safe out of our room with our things inside it.

We stayed in the 3 room suite. Location was very good, 3 minute walk from the 25 Ski Park, which is for skiing beginners. Supermarkets nearby, highly recommend the restaurant Mimino (1 minute walk from the hotel).

Very cold in the rooms, the whole breakfast thing could be better organised. we were aline in the huge breakfast hall, with one staff member always standing in the corner watching us eat.
