We had an amazing experience at this place - it's definitely one of the best we've ever been to! We felt like our home, everything was clean, the interior of the cottage was wonderful I love each single details. If you want a place to have a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, you should book this cottage. Host helped a lot planning activities, they made our stay comfortable. When I come back to Georgia I will book this cottage again.

Our stay at the mountain cottage in Gergeti was truly exceptional, surpassing all our previous experiences in Kazbegi. Everything about it was simply perfect! The cottage itself and all its furnishings were brand new, impeccably clean, and every tiny detail was carefully thought out. You could feel the care and attention the hosts put into every corner of the cottage, making it incredibly cozy and comfortable. The panoramic views from the windows were breathtaking, allowing us to admire the landscapes without even stepping outside. Inside, it was warm and there were no interruptions with hot water (a common issue in winter mountain stays due to low temperatures). Situated at the very top of Gergeti, away from the village center with its shops and cafes, it's advisable to stock up on groceries beforehand. However, if needed, there are a couple of tiny shops in Gergeti with the essentials. Thanks to its location, the cottage offers magnificent views, and it's conveniently positioned for a stroll to the Trinity Church. During the low season in winter, with fewer cars on the road, it's even possible to ascend the mountain road instead of a hiking trail, offering incredible views along the entire route! We are already planning our next trip and can't wait to return to this cottage again:)

Loved the attention to detail showed by the host which was present in so many cute ornaments offering the cabin a very cozy vibe. Host was very helpful and was answering lightning fast. Location was great, you can see the trinity church from the porch.

The Host informed us that the outdoor hot tub was not working a few months ago, but it would have been great if the hot tub was working because that's one of the beautiful parts of the cottage.

The View from the cottage is one of the best views in the whole of Kazbegi, and you cannot compare the view because I have stayed in different cottages in Kazbegi, but nothing was like the Cottage Toladi landscape view. The cottage host was very helpful and kind to extend their support in any type of tourist activity, whether you say hiking, horse riding, woods for campfire or transportation. The best part of the cottage is that you have privacy and if you are hungry anytime before 10 pm, there is a beautiful Restaurant Maisi, just behind the cottage.

Everything, it’s the perfect place for a honeymoon or a couple weekend. The cottage is really well decorated, and the wooden fire stove made the romantic experience so perfect! The view is mesmerizing and it’s close to the village.

Bath mat or grate would be nice to have as there is wet after shower in the toilet and sink zone.

My sincere thanks to the owners for everything, for prepared fireplace and for provided discount of course! We had to stay a couple of days more because road to Tbilisi was blocked during snowstorm. Room is amazing, cozy furnished, with a lot of sunlight and stunning view through the panoramic window. I was happy to see various kitchen utensils in a pretty good condition. Going to list some things, so you guys know what you may leave at home for sure: ✅ Gas stove with a kitchen hood ✅ Small electric grill which is good for making bread toasts ✅ Pot and frying pan ✅ Plates, cups, forks, spoons, etc ✅ Wine glasses ✅ Dish-washing liquid ✅ Salt and pepper in a small shakers ✅ Kitchen towel ✅ Bath towels, liquid soap and toilet paper ✅ TV and bluetooth speaker ✅ Hair dryer ✅ Blankets, plenty of pillows ✅ Guitar! It's pretty tired, but it's still a guitar! ℹ️ Take your slippers or warm socks if it's not summer time, as floor is cold ℹ️ Don't forget your shampoo, it's not provided ℹ️ Bring some cat food, as they will stay outside and demand it as long as it takes. Even at night.

I am picky when choosing a place to stay, but Cottage Toladi is one of the best places I have ever stayed in Kazbegi. Before booking, I read the comments, really everything is thought out to the smallest detail, even there is a stove and firewood was prepared in advance by the owner, it was just necessary to kindle it. The cottage exceeded all my expectations, such cleanliness that there was a feeling that I was the first guest and no one had stopped before me. The hosts are very pleasant and attentive. Thank you so much, I will definitely be back.

The bathroom was a little bit smelly. I promise this was the only little bad thing, which surely can be fitted.

It was very nice. Superb views. Lovely kitchen, which was equipped very well. Lovely Christmas trees and lights. Lots of great memories.
