I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful stay I had at the hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and excellent service provided by your staff. The room was immaculate and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay.

Expected from a 3-star hotel, you have to carry your baggage up to your room. For every request, you have to collect it down from the reception. We are unsure as well if the bedsheets were newly washed due to some stains. Quiet far from Old Tbilisi.

The pictures shown in the website were the same in actual. Staff were friendly and trying their best to communicate in English. Breakfast was good as well but the menu was the same all throughout our stay. Location was quiet too and we felt secured.

The first night in room 403 was quite challenging due to severe noise, occurring intermittently and sometimes causing the floor to vibrate. After discussing with the hotel, I was able to switch to room 401, which was much better. Though there was still some noise, it was not as unbearable as in room 403 (e.g., causing ringing in my ears and an accelerated heartbeat). Everything was normal with no noise on the second night.

The heating is ample, it's quite close to the airport, the facilities are new and well-maintained, and the hot water is good.

I wish it was closer to the main attraction areas. And the breakfast was not what I expected.

The property is newly renovated with a modern design, neat, nice and cozy. The staff is very friendly, attentive and helpful. As the hotel is small, staff feels like family.

The windows on the topfloor had no curtains.(budgetroom only) They were glassblocks, very pretty. But it made sleeping a little hard during when it was still light as I had to catch a nightflight.

Actually not a disadvantage. You just should know that the area around has now attractions or restaurants. An inexpensive taxi will bring you around to the old town in 10 minutes

Hotel is clean and beds are comfortable. Breakfast is adequate for the class of hotel. It was quiet.

Really small room, the shower cap is dirty from the tap. There was an empty toothpaste tub inserted into the ventilation grill in the bathroom to keep it open.

Good value for money overall. The receptionist is pleasant to talk to. Fresco and Carrefour supermarkets nearby. Good place to stay for a night if you have errands in this neighborhood.

The room is nice, the staff is welcoming and answered any question or request we had The hotel is in the suburbs of Tbilisi so if someone wants to enjoy the city center it is a problem. It suited us because the next day we wanted to go on a trip outside Tbilisi and we wanted a hotel outside the center

I chose the economy room and I didn’t know that it has no balcony. so it wasn’t well ventilated and the internet connection was down for two days so I couldn’t upgrade it. it was hard to communicate with the staff because of poor English but the were really nice.

We stayed at Victoria inn for only one night in early-December. Our flight was delayed so we arrived at the hotel much later then expected (around 1 AM). Despite our language barrier, the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and in good condition. Free parking space is also available at the public street in front of the hotel. Recommend :)
