We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomPoor, dusty hotel in the middle of nowhere. On arriving, I found there is no lift and no concierge. I contacted the front desk beforehand to ensure the room was dust-free due to an allergy, however there were stains and hair on the bed linen and dust on the bedside tables. There was a spiderweb on the ceiling (see photos). Shower cubicle and bathroom floor has visible mould, that could easily be cleaned with bleach. Found limescale in the Kettle, and rubbish stuffed behind the TV. Breakfast was appalling, we contacted them ahead of time to ensure there was a vegan option available. All we got was bread, cucumber and tomato. No vegan milk, no vegan butter, no fruits available. Honestly it was a bit morbid, we left halfway though to go elsewhere to get some food, thankfully there are a few vegan restaurants in the city, but none of them are close due to the hotel being in the middle of nowhere, which can also be daunting at night.

BahrainNo elevator at the hotel so you need to be fit to carry your bag. Very limited breakfast options and coffee is not included in the breakfast rate. My friend found a dirty hairy female underwear in the closet. Staff were naggy about the checkout and knocked my door before the checkout time asking to handover the room key. The room doesn’t look like the pictures as it is not maintained. A terrible experience that I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Cyprusto start with , the bed, that had to be large for 2 people, is basically 2 small beds moved together, so mattress weren’t good at all. Our room was not cleaned for 3 days . In room description we were supposed to have a safe box , in reality, we didn’t have it. The breakfast menu is poor. The bathroom was smelly and moldy in places.

From the moment we checked in, everything about Victoria Inn was perfect. We arrived pretty early in the morning as our flight landed around 4.30am. Although our check in was at 2pm, when we arrived at the hotel, our amazing host David quickly woke up and helped us with an early check in so we can rest until our room was available. We loved every bit of our stay, having tea at the balcony every morning, looking at the mountains, and resting comfortably in the very comfortable beds at the end of a long day of exploring beautiful Tblisi. David always went the extra mile to make sure our stay was comfortable and we were relaxed during our 3 nights and 4 days at Victoria Inn, may it be to find a wine bottle opener or when we didn’t have change to pay for our taxi, he quickly assisted us and helped us sort things out. He always had very good recommendations about places to visit in Tblisi and always had a smile on his face. The little things and the little details that they put so much effort into made our stay all the more special. I can’t recommend Victoria Inn enough for anyone visiting Tblisi and I’m definitely looking forward to my next stay there.

KazakhstanI liked everything about this hotel. The staff is very welcoming. The rooms are clean, comfortable and nice. The facilities are great. The location is also great, not far from the city center. I had the breakfast at the hotel. It was very tasty. Eggs, sausages, buckwheat, beverages, cereals, whatever you want just for 20 GEL. If I stay again in Tbilisi, I would definitely come back to this place again and recommend this hotel to everyone!
